水泥和速凝剂掺量对红黏土浆液性能影响研究

【摘要】:针对云南地区红黏土在注浆工程中理论研究尚不成熟的现状,充分考虑注浆工程对浆液可灌注性的要求,以及对注浆材料性能优化以适应不同地质条件等,本文通过室内试验,对比研究不同水泥和速凝剂掺量对黏土水泥浆液性能的影响,试验时控制修正后原浆黏度在25~30 s之间,确定水泥掺量水平为5、10、15 g/100ml原浆,速凝剂掺量水平为1、3、6 g/100ml原浆。结果表明:黏土水泥浆液析水率随水泥掺量增加而增大,浆液稳定性降低,速凝剂掺量对浆液析水率影响不显著,试验中各组浆液析水率都小于5%,为稳定浆液;浆液的胶凝时间随速凝剂掺量变化从几十分钟至几秒钟可调,速凝剂掺量为3 g/100ml原浆时,黏土水泥浆液的胶凝时间最短,仅7 s;浆液结石率随速凝剂增加而增大,6 g/100ml原浆时出现膨胀现象,水泥掺量越多浆液结石体收缩越明显;黏土水泥浆液的渗透系数随着水泥掺量的增加而减小,速凝剂掺量对渗透系数影响不显著;对黏土水泥浆液结石体3天、7天、28天抗压强度进行分析,浆液结石体早期强度发展缓慢,后期增长较快,3天最小强度0.13 MPa,28天最大强度3.35 MPa,各试验组浆液结石体抗压强度均达到注浆材料要求。根据以上变化规律可以针对不同地质条件实现浆液的快速配置,有效提高对浆液注浆过程中可灌注性的控制,减少弃浆,降低成本。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the theoretical research of red clay in Yunnan area is still immature, considering the requirement of grouting engineering for grouting performance and optimizing the performance of grouting material to adapt to different geological conditions, this paper passes the laboratory test.The effects of different content of cement and accelerator on the properties of clay cement slurry were studied. The viscosity of the modified slurry was controlled between 2530 seconds, and the cement content was determined to be 5 ~ 1015 g/100ml original pulp and 1 ~ 3 ~ 3 ~ 6 g/100ml slurry.The results show that the water evolution rate of clay cement slurry increases with the increase of cement content, and the stability of slurry decreases, while the influence of the content of accelerator on the water evolution rate of slurry is not significant. In the experiment, the water evolution rate of each group of slurry is less than 5%, which is a stable slurry.The gelation time of the slurry varies from several minutes to a few seconds with the content of the accelerator. When the dosage of the accelerator is 3 g/100ml, the cementing time of the clay cement slurry is the shortest.Only 7 s; the rate of slurry stone increases with the increase of accelerator, and the swelling occurs when the cement content increases for 6 g/100ml, the shrinkage of the slurry stone becomes more obvious with the increase of cement content, and the permeability coefficient of clay cement slurry decreases with the increase of cement content.The compressive strength of clay cement paste stone was analyzed in 3 days, 7 days and 28 days, and the early strength of slurry stone developed slowly.In the later period, the minimum strength was 0.13 MPA / 28 days and the maximum strength was 3.35 MPA. The compressive strength of the slurry stone in each test group reached the requirement of grouting material.According to the above change law, the rapid disposition of slurry can be realized in accordance with different geological conditions, and the control of grouting ability in grouting process can be effectively improved, and the disposal of slurry can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.
