西宁南川河综合整治与生态修复研究

【摘要】:以西宁南川河综合治理为例,对河道治理中生态修复、防洪保安、水文化水景观建设等治理任务的有机结合进行探讨。通过分析南川河现状及其存在的问题,采取建设沉沙池消减含沙量、全线截污去除污染源、雷诺护垫进行生态护岸以及建设三级表流湿地等措施,削减水体中的污染物,改善河道水质,并结合河湟文化打造滨水文化长廊,提升城市品位。南川河整治项目实施后,一改原有河道两岸杂乱无章的面貌,提高了河道行洪能力,河道水质也得以改善。此外,该项目对于促进河滩湿地恢复、提高河道生物多样性、增强栖息地功能等方面效果显著。在满足河道生态流量的前提下,沉沙池沉沙率达到64.6%~72.3%,湿地建设能够减少氨氮含量0.13 mg/L、BOD_5含量0.60 mg/L。南川河综合整治工程遵循尊重自然、科学治理、发挥社会功能等原则,对今后生态河道的治理有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Taking the comprehensive control of Nanchuan River in Xining as an example, this paper discusses the organic combination of ecological restoration, flood control and security protection, water culture and water landscape construction in river course management. By analyzing the present situation of Nanchuan River and its existing problems, the measures of reducing sediment content by constructing sediment sink, removing pollution sources by intercepting pollution on the whole line, ecological bank protection with Renault cushion and construction of tertiary surface flow wetland are adopted to reduce pollutants in water body. Improve river water quality and build waterfront culture corridor in combination with Hehuang culture to enhance city grade. After the implementation of the Nanchuan River Regulation Project, the disorderly appearance of both sides of the original river has been changed, and the flood discharge capacity of the river has been improved, and the water quality of the channel has also been improved. In addition, the project is effective in promoting wetland restoration, improving river biodiversity and enhancing habitat function. On the premise of satisfying the ecological discharge of river, the sedimentation rate of sediment sink reached 64.6% and 72.3%. Wetland construction can reduce ammonia content 0.13 mg / L ~ (-1) / L ~ (-1) BOD5 0.60 mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The comprehensive regulation project of Nanchuan River follows the principles of respecting nature, managing scientifically and giving play to social function, which has certain reference significance for the future management of ecological river course.
