东义河流域水情自动测报系统设计与实现

【摘要】:水情自动测报系统(以下简称系统)是在综合运用遥测、通信以及计算机、网络等先进科学技术,完成流域内水文、汛情、工情等水文重要参数的实时采集、以及处理和传输,提供服务于水利水电工程防洪以及兴利和优化调度的自动化测报系统。建设东义河流域水情自动测报系统是确保工程施工安全度汛、科学合理地分配水资源,充分解决发电与防洪矛盾,提高工程经济效益的重要手段之一,是梯级电站实现现代化管理的基本目标之一;是实现梯级水库联合调度和优化调度,最大限度地发挥流域水电工程的综合效益的需要。本论文正是针对东义河流域水电开发建设的需要,结合东义河流域特性,在开展东义河流域水情自动测报系统站点查勘以及通信信道测试等工作的基础上,对东义河流域水情自动测报系统的总体构架和功能进行设计、对遥测站网进行分析和布设、对通信方式和系统工作体制进行比选、对数据传输通信网络、供电和防雷接地等进行设计,同时,根据流域情况和梯级电站预报要求,对预报方案、中心站集成、遥测设备集成和计算机网络系统、数据库系统、数据接收处理系统、业务应用系统、信息发布系统提出设计方案。主要内容为:1.对东义河流域概况、气候特性、径流降雨洪水特性、工程概况进行调查分析,为水情自动测报系统设计收集整理基础资料。2.根据东义河流域水情自动测报系统设计的依据和设计原则,总结分析系统的主要功能需求,设计自动测报系统的总体结构和工作流程,确定系统各个子系统和总体实施方案。3.对系统测报范围进行论证,并在论证的基础上,结合网站布设原则,对遥测站进行布设。对遥测设备的选型和主要技术指标进行分析确定,并完成设备集成。4.论述水情预报方案的布置原则,对洪水传播时间进行分析,为全流域测报范围内各级电站坝(闸)址设计洪水预报方案,并根据当地流域特性提出合适的模型。5.对东义河流域水情自动测报系统水文采集子系统和信息传输子系统的设计提出要求,并确定子系统的功能和主要技术指标要求。在对目前水情自动测报系统领域中常用的数据传输方式进行分析比较并综合当地流域地形特性、经济发展等多方因素的基础上,为系统选用通信方式,提出采集的具体方案。6.针对中心站计算机网络系统、数据库系统、数据接收系统、数据处理系统、业务应用系统、信息发布系统等提出设计和功能要求,并对中心站网络设备以及系统软件提出选型和技术指标要求,在此基础上完成各系统的设计和开发要求,完成中心站网络设计和设备选型。
[Abstract]:The automatic hydrological measuring and forecasting system (hereinafter referred to as "the system") is a real-time collection, processing and transmission of important hydrological parameters, such as hydrology, flood information, and engineering conditions, which are comprehensively applied in remote sensing, communication, computer, network and other advanced science and technology. To provide automatic forecasting system for flood control of water conservancy and hydropower projects as well as benefit and optimization operation. The construction of an automatic water regime monitoring and forecasting system in the Dongyi River Basin is one of the important means to ensure the safety of engineering construction, to allocate water resources scientifically and reasonably, to solve the contradiction between power generation and flood control, and to improve the economic benefits of the project. It is one of the basic goals of realizing the modern management of cascade hydropower stations and the need to realize the joint operation and optimal operation of cascade reservoirs and to maximize the comprehensive benefits of hydropower projects in river basins. This paper is to meet the needs of hydropower development and construction in Dongyi River Basin, combined with the characteristics of Dongyi River Basin, on the basis of the investigation of the station of automatic water regime monitoring and forecasting system and the testing of communication channel in Dongyi River Basin. The overall structure and function of the automatic water regime monitoring and reporting system in the Dongyi River basin are designed, the telemetry station network is analyzed and arranged, the communication mode and system working system are compared and selected, and the data transmission communication network is made. At the same time, according to the river basin situation and the forecast requirement of cascade power station, the forecast scheme, central station integration, telemetry equipment integration and computer network system, database system, data receiving and processing system, are designed. Business application system, information publishing system put forward the design plan. The main content is: 1. The general situation of Dongyi River Basin, climatic characteristics, runoff, rainfall and flood characteristics, and the general situation of the project are investigated and analyzed, and the basic data are collected and sorted for the design of the automatic water regime monitoring and forecasting system. According to the basis and design principle of the design of the automatic water regime measuring and forecasting system in Dongyi River Basin, the main functional requirements of the system are summarized and analyzed, the overall structure and work flow of the automatic measuring and forecasting system are designed, and each subsystem and the overall implementation scheme of the system are determined. The range of system observation and reporting is demonstrated, and on the basis of the demonstration, the telemetry station is arranged on the basis of the principle of website layout. The selection of telemetry equipment and the main technical specifications are analyzed and determined, and the equipment integration. 4. 4. This paper discusses the layout principle of flood regime forecasting scheme, analyzes the flood propagation time, designs flood forecasting scheme for dam (gate) sites of all levels of hydropower stations in the whole basin, and puts forward a suitable model .5. The design of hydrological collection subsystem and information transmission subsystem of automatic hydrological regime monitoring and forecasting system in Dongyi River basin is proposed and the function and main technical requirements of the subsystem are determined. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the data transmission methods commonly used in the field of automatic hydrological monitoring and forecasting system at present and synthesizing the topographic characteristics and economic development of local watersheds, this paper puts forward the concrete plan of collecting. 6. Based on the selection of communication mode for the system. For the central station computer network system, database system, data receiving system, data processing system, business application system, information publishing system and so on, the design and function requirements are put forward. On the basis of this, the design and development requirements of each system are completed, and the network design and equipment selection of central station are completed.
