龙滩水库汛期分期及汛限水位调整研究

【摘要】:论文在分析龙滩流域暴雨洪水季节性变化规律的基础上,以龙滩水库汛期的合理分期及分期汛限水位的调整为主题,围绕龙滩水库汛期分期的可行性及必要性、汛期的合理分期、分期设计洪水的推求、各分期汛限水位的调整、分期后的风险及效益分析等方面展开研究,使水库调度运行更符合龙滩流域的暴雨洪水特性和变化规律,在不增加水库防洪风险的基础上,合理、科学地优选汛限水位以达到增加水库蓄水,实现洪水资源化、缓解供水期水资源紧缺矛盾的目的。论文从汛期的定义出发,对龙滩水库的汛期进行了划定。分别采用降雨量和径流量为指标因子,运用分形分析方法对龙滩水库进行汛期分期研究,最后结合龙滩水库自身要求得到相对精确合理的汛期分期结果:前汛期(4月12日~5月31日)、主汛期(6月1日~8月31日)和后汛期(9月1日~11月9日)。在汛期分期方案的基础上,采用分期最大值跨期选样方法及P-Ⅲ型曲线的适线法推求汛期各分期设计洪水。以汛期分期设计洪水成果为基础,采用典型年法推求各分期设计洪水过程线,按照龙滩初步设计调度规则和流域防洪目标进行调洪演算,确定在仅考虑龙滩水库自身防洪要求时的防洪限制水位。最后考虑龙滩汛期不同分期流域下游防洪对龙滩防洪库容的需求,得到水库各分期的最终汛限水位:主汛期6月1日至7月15日的防洪限制水位为361.87m,7月16日至8月31日的防洪限制水位为368.40m,后汛期9月1日至11月9日的防洪限制水位为378.45m。论文最后对水库分期汛限水位调整的风险和效益进行分析和评估,得出水库汛限水位调整后并不增加水库防洪风险,且可增加相应发电效益2.28亿元及供水量10.47亿m3的结论,证明了汛限水位调整方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the seasonal variation of rainstorm and flood in Longtan Basin, this paper focuses on the feasibility and necessity of flood season staging in Longtan Reservoir, taking the reasonable stages of flood season and the adjustment of flood limit water level as the themes. The reasonable stages of flood season, the deduction of design flood, the adjustment of the limited water level of each flood season, the risk and benefit analysis after the stages, etc. are carried out to make the operation of the reservoir more in line with the characteristics and variation law of rainstorm and flood in Longtan basin. On the basis of not increasing the risk of reservoir flood control, reasonable and scientific optimization of flood limit water level is carried out to increase reservoir water storage, realize flood resource utilization and alleviate the contradiction of water resources shortage during water supply period. Based on the definition of flood season, the flood season of Longtan Reservoir is defined. Using rainfall and runoff as index factors, the flood season of Longtan Reservoir was studied by using fractal analysis method. Finally, according to the requirements of Longtan Reservoir, the results of flood season period are relatively accurate and reasonable: the former flood season (April 12 ~ 31 May), the main flood season (June 1 to August 31) and the later flood season (September 1 ~ November 9).
