龙刘水库非汛期联动补水机制研究

【摘要】:为解决黄河上游龙刘水库(龙羊峡、刘家峡水库)在联合运用过程中各行业用水导致的刘家峡水库汛前水位过低、影响水库综合效益的问题,从改善非汛期龙刘水库联合运用方式的理念出发,以黄河上游梯级水库群防洪、防凌、供水、灌溉、发电等生产实践的经验和大量技术研究成果为基础,构建基于全河水量调配的多目标优化调度模型,对比分析并确定了非汛期龙刘水库联合控制水位阈值,在此基础上研究提出了龙刘水库非汛期联动补水机制:在达到控制水位阈值条件下,由龙羊峡水库优先承担供水任务,并向刘家峡水库补水至控制水位。分析结果表明:提出的龙刘水库非汛期联动补水机制,在不改变现状全河水量配置效果的情况下,将提升龙羊峡、刘家峡乃至整个上游梯级水库的年均发电量,且刘家峡水库非汛期发电量增幅明显。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the water level of the Liujiaxia reservoir in the upper reaches of the Yellow River is too low before flood, which affects the comprehensive benefit of the reservoir, the water level of the Liujiaxia Reservoir caused by the water used by various trades in the process of joint operation is too low. Based on the idea of improving the combined operation mode of Longliu Reservoir in the non-flood season, and based on the experience of production practice and a large number of technical research results of flood control, flood prevention, water supply, irrigation and power generation in the cascade reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, A multi-objective optimal dispatching model based on the water allocation of the whole river is constructed, and the combined control water level threshold of the Longliu Reservoir in non-flood season is analyzed and determined. On this basis, the mechanism of non-flood season water supply in Longliu Reservoir is studied. Under the condition of reaching the threshold of the controlled water level, the Longyangxia Reservoir takes on the water supply task first, and supplies water to the Liujiaxia Reservoir to control the water level. The analysis results show that the proposed mechanism of non-flood season combined replenishment of Longliu Reservoir, without changing the effect of water allocation of the whole river, will increase the average annual power generation of Longyangxia, Liujiaxia and even the whole upstream cascade reservoir. And the Liujiaxia reservoir non-flood period electricity production increase is obvious.
