【摘要】：以武青堤堤防江滩景观造型工程为例,根据景观造型庞大且不规则特点,编制了合理可行的分段、分片方案,确保构件的制作、涂装质量及运输的便利;通过CAD放样技术配合工厂内的预装,控制相关安装节点尺寸,保证了工程的安装精度及安装质量;制定合理的进场顺序和配备合适起重设备保证了安装工作的顺利进行,确保了工程工期。
[Abstract]:Taking Wuqing embankment riverbank landscape modeling project as an example, according to the huge and irregular characteristics of landscape modeling, a reasonable and feasible segmentation and slicing scheme is worked out to ensure the manufacture of components, painting quality and convenience of transportation. Through the CAD lofting technology to cooperate with the pre-installation in the factory, to control the size of the relevant installation node, to ensure the installation accuracy and the installation quality of the project, to establish the reasonable approach sequence and to equip the appropriate lifting equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the installation, The project duration is ensured.
