基于模型定义的知识重用及其在水工配筋上的应用实现

【摘要】:水工配筋是水利工程结构设计的重要环节,在减少水工配筋过程中的重复操作方面还存在很大的应用研究空间。首先,同组钢筋配置在水工模型的过程中存在大量相同或相似钢筋的重复使用,导致大量的手动重复配筋操作:其次,钢筋的三维建模中存在相同或相似钢筋的重复建模,导致大量的重复建模操作。针对上述问题,本文提出一种基于模型定义的知识重用的解决方案及其实现。基于模型定义的设计知识重用的方案是从设计知识的特点出发,将设计基本知识分为静态知识与过程(动态)知识;引入模型定义(MBD),作为知识表达的方式,更好的将配筋过程中的各类信息以数字化的方式在三维模型中进行集成及管理;在此基础上,采用基于相似性的知识重用及基于设计过程模板的知识重用设计方法,实现水工配筋的知识重用。因此,本文的研究重点分为两个方面:首先,基于MBD的水工配筋知识表达和管理,提出了一种针对水工配筋的MBD知识表达方法和知识库管理方法。分别依托于MBD数据集的非几何信息规范,建立钢筋模型的特征树对静态知识进行表达,依托于MBD数据集的几何信息规范,结合模板技术,建立配筋模板对过程知识进行表达。在此基础上,采用CATALOG管理MBD数据集的几何信息,采用数据库管理其非几何信息,实现基于MBD的水工配筋知识库管理。其次,基于知识重用的水工配筋及实现,提出了一种结合水工配筋的静态知识重用与过程知识的重用方案并对此进行验证与实现。其中,静态知识重用设计依托于基于相似性的推理方法:过程知识重用设计依托于设计过程的模板技术所进行的二次开发。结合两类重用设计,形成水工配筋的整体知识重用方案,并通过与水工配筋相关“阀门井”模型实现并验证本文的设计知识重用方法。本文最后对CATIA设计软件进行二次开发,完成水工配筋快速实现的原型系统,并给出面筋与箍筋两种典型快速设计实例。本文所提方法可一定程度上减少水工配筋过程中的手动重复配筋操作与钢筋重复建模。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic reinforcement is an important link in the structural design of water conservancy projects, and there is still a lot of room for application and research in reducing the repeated operation in the process of hydraulic reinforcement. First of all, there is a lot of repeated use of the same or similar steel bars in the process of hydraulic model, which leads to a large number of manual repeated reinforcement operations; secondly, there is repeated modeling of the same or similar steel bars in the three-dimensional modeling of steel bars. Results in a large number of repeated modeling operations. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a solution and implementation of knowledge reuse based on model definition. The scheme of design knowledge reuse based on model definition is to divide the basic knowledge of design into static knowledge and process knowledge (dynamic knowledge) according to the characteristics of design knowledge, and to introduce model definition as the way of knowledge expression. Better integration and management of all kinds of information in the process of reinforcement in 3D model in digital way, then, the design method of knowledge reuse based on similarity and knowledge reuse based on design process template is adopted. The knowledge reuse of hydraulic reinforcement is realized. Therefore, this paper focuses on two aspects: firstly, based on the knowledge representation and management of hydraulic reinforcement based on MBD, a method of MBD knowledge representation and knowledge base management for hydraulic reinforcement is proposed. Based on the non-geometric information specification of MBD data set, the static knowledge is expressed by the characteristic tree of steel bar model, and the process knowledge is expressed by the geometric information specification of MBD data set, combined with template technology. On this basis, the geometric information of MBD data set is managed by CATALOG, and the non-geometric information is managed by database. The management of hydraulic reinforcement knowledge base based on MBD is realized. Secondly, a scheme of static knowledge reuse and process knowledge reuse based on knowledge reuse is proposed and verified and implemented. Among them, the static knowledge reuse design relies on the reasoning method based on similarity: the process knowledge reuse design is based on the secondary development of the template technology of the design process. Combined with two kinds of reuse design, the whole knowledge reuse scheme of hydraulic reinforcement was formed, and the design knowledge reuse method was realized and verified by the "valve well" model related to hydraulic reinforcement. At the end of this paper, the CATIA design software is redeveloped to complete the prototype system of rapid realization of hydraulic reinforcement, and two typical examples of rapid design of gluten and stirrups are given. The method proposed in this paper can reduce manual repeated reinforcement operation and rebar repeated modeling in hydraulic reinforcement process to some extent.
