圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池水工模型试验与结构优化试验研究

【摘要】:圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池是一种新型的低耗水率、处理泥沙范围广的水沙分离装置。为了探求沉沙池分离水沙机理,进一步优化其结构型式,为其推广应用提供理论依据,,本文利用水工模型试验研究和数值模拟相结合的方法研究了沉沙池内部流场和沉沙池内泥沙淤积形态、沉沙池冲沙特性等问题。 主要得到了以下几个结论: (1)圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池在出水流量为1m3/s,含沙浓度为0.45kg/m3的条件下连续运行422.5小时,池内泥沙淤积量为180m3,占沉沙池有效容积的37.6%;冲沙耗水率为1.9%。 (2)通过对三种不同工况下(中心出水环堰加高30cm、50cm、80cm)装置运行情况的对比分析说明,不同中心出水环堰的加高对沉沙池有着不同的影响。中心出水环堰加高50cm的试验结果较为有利,改变原有沉沙池内流速分布,保持沉沙池内左右90°两侧流速分布相近的前提下,缩小了0°与180°方向的流速差值,较好的平均了池内流速分布。浑水试验时,池内泥沙淤积均匀。 (3)通过对圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池清水流场的三维数值模拟,发现在池内左侧45°及右侧45°方向存在漩涡,不利于装置沉沙排沙。
[Abstract]:Circular sediment filter tank is a new type of water and sediment separation device with low water consumption rate and a wide range of sediment treatment. In order to find out the mechanism of sediment separation, to optimize its structure, and to provide theoretical basis for its popularization and application, In this paper, the hydraulic model test and numerical simulation are used to study the internal flow field of the sediment tank, the sediment deposition form in the sediment tank, and the sand basin scouring Saudi Arabia, etc. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) under the condition of water discharge rate of 1 m3 / s and sediment concentration of 0.45kg/m3, the silt accumulation in the circular ring sediment filter tank is 180 m3, which accounts for 37.6% of the effective volume of sediment sink, and the water consumption rate of the sediment is 1.9% under the condition of water discharge rate of 1 m3 / s and sediment concentration of 0.45kg/m3. 2) by comparing and analyzing the operation of three different working conditions (30 cm / 50 cm ~ (80 cm), it is shown that the heightening of different center outlet ring Weir has different influence on the sediment sink. The experimental results of increasing 50cm in the central outlet cofferdam are more favorable, the velocity distribution in the original sediment tank is changed, and the velocity distribution of the left and right sides of the sediment tank is kept close, and the velocity difference between 0 掳and 180 掳is reduced, and the velocity difference between 0 掳and 180 掳is reduced. The average velocity distribution in the tank is better. In the muddy water test, the silt deposition in the pond is uniform. 3) through the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the clear water flow field in the circular sink-sediment filter tank, it is found that there are swirls in the left and right 45 掳direction of the tank, which is unfavorable to the installation.
