川西平原堰渠体系与城乡空间格局研究

【摘要】:古人类文明发源于江河,人类社会也是在与江河洪水的搏斗下前进。由古至今,水利工程一直在这样的文明长河里发挥着巨大作用,但源于斗转星移的历史转变,这些水利工程有的诞生,也有的永久消失。都江堰以其无坝引水的工程型式和2200多年来对川西平原这座“天府之国”生生不息的滋养,创造了与自然和谐共生的华夏水利经典,向世人展示了它顽强的生命力和科学性。 由都江堰渠首工程引水,创建了沟通岷江和沱江的都江堰堰渠体系。这些堰渠体系同国内外的众多河流一样,都与它们所在的土地、临近的城市发生着密切的联系,这正是所谓的“一方水土养一方人”。本文就是在这样的背景和启发下,尝试着去解构川西平原堰渠体系与城乡空间格局之间的关系,并且这样的关系因地域性而变得极具特色。 要去解构水系与“天府之国”的不解情缘,首先要调研和探究水系本身的独特性,弄清“川西平原堰渠体系”本身是什么以及它有什么样的特色,作为下面研究的基础;其次,本文探究了堰渠体系的基本影响以及其对川西平原村镇城市体系的影响,从规划专业背景出发把川西平原的血脉和我们的人居环境联系起来;基于这种“现象”的研究,文章把视角深化到引起“现象”的机制上,最后总结出了川西平原“水、土、城”互动机制;而随着时代的发展,堰渠体系的交通功能逐步被道路所取代,由此进入了道路主导城市交通和形态的时代,现代化城市建设多忽视堰渠体系而导致堰渠体系遭到破坏,近年来全球对生态环境的重视,又重新唤起了人们关注水系的热情。 如果把道路比作川西平原发展的骨架,那么堰渠体系就是川西平原发展的血脉,要保证血脉的畅通,才能保证川西平原后续年代可持续的发展。因此文章最后针对堰渠体系如今产生的一些问题,提出了堰渠体系整体保护、基本农田保护、河流复建、城市内河段保护等一系列策略,这些策略正又是和水土城互动机制遥相呼应的。
[Abstract]:Ancient human civilization originated in rivers, human society is also in the struggle with the river flood. Since ancient times, water conservancy projects have been playing a great role in the long river of civilization. However, these water conservancy projects have been born or disappeared permanently because of the historical changes. Dujiangyan has created the Chinese water conservancy classics with harmony with nature with its damless water diversion engineering pattern and the nourishment of the "land of abundance" in the West Sichuan Plain for more than 2200 years, and has shown the world its tenacious vitality and scientific nature. The system of Dujiangyan Weir canal connecting Minjiang River and Tuojiang River was established by the diversion of Dujiangyan canal head project. These Weir and drainage systems, like many rivers at home and abroad, are closely related to their lands and neighboring cities. This paper tries to deconstruct the relationship between Weir and canal system and urban and rural spatial pattern in West Sichuan Plain under such background and inspiration. To deconstruct the incomprehensible relationship between the water system and the "land of abundance", first of all, we must investigate and explore the uniqueness of the water system itself, and find out what the "Weir and canal system of the western Sichuan plain" itself is and what characteristics it has, as the basis of the following research; secondly, This paper probes into the basic influence of Weir and canal system and its influence on the urban system of villages and towns in West Sichuan Plain, and from the background of planning specialty, it connects the blood veins of West Sichuan Plain with our human settlement environment, based on the study of this "phenomenon". The article deepens the angle of view to cause "phenomenon" mechanism, finally summarizes the interaction mechanism of "water, soil, city" in the western Sichuan plain, but with the development of the times, the traffic function of Weir and canal system is gradually replaced by the road. The construction of modern cities often ignores the Weir and canal system, which results in the destruction of Weir and Canal system. In recent years, the global attention to the ecological environment has aroused the enthusiasm of people to pay attention to the water system. If the road is compared to the skeleton of the development of the West Sichuan Plain, then the Weir and Canal system is the blood vein of the development of the West Sichuan Plain. Therefore, aiming at some problems of Weir and canal system, this paper puts forward a series of strategies, such as the whole protection of Weir and canal system, the protection of basic farmland, the reconstruction of rivers, the protection of river reach in the city, etc. These strategies are echoing with the interaction mechanism of Shuicheng.
