齐大山铁矿尾矿坝静动力稳定性分析

【摘要】:尾矿库在矿山的安全生产中扮演着重要的角色,它同时也是一个重大的危险源。大部分尾矿库具有高势能的特性并且所处的地理位置非常特殊。其一旦发生事故,必然会给周边的环境带来严重的污染,给下游的人们带来巨大的经济损失,甚至还会危及下游人们的生命安全。这样看来,尾矿库的稳定性问题必须引起人们的高度的重视。 本文针对齐大山风水沟尾矿库的尾矿坝,采用数值模拟的方式研究其稳定性,通过一系列的工作取得以下成果: (1)分别在极限平衡理论和数值分析理论的基础上,采用Geo-slope和FLAC3D软件计算出了尾矿坝的抗滑稳定性系数及潜在滑裂面的位置,并将两者的结果进行了对比分析。 (2)采用FLAC3D软件计算了坝体的单元应力水平,得到了坝体单元稳定的结果;模拟了分层填筑的施工工艺并得到了相应的固结沉降结果,其结果与理论分析的结果相吻合。 (3)在动力稳定性方面,采用FLAC3D软件,模拟了坝体在地震作用下的动力响应情况。得到的坝体位移大小,残余变形大小以及可能发生液化的位置。通过对坝体位移、残余变形和液化区的分析,,得到这个尾矿坝动力稳定的结论。
[Abstract]:The tailings reservoir plays an important role in the safe production of mines, and it is also a major hazard source. Most tailings reservoirs have high potential energy and are located in a very special geographical position. Once the accident occurs, it will inevitably bring serious pollution to the surrounding environment, bring huge economic losses to the downstream people, and even endanger the lives of the downstream people. In this way, the stability of the tailings reservoir must be attached great importance to. In this paper, the stability of Qidashan Fengshuigou tailings dam is studied by numerical simulation, and the following results are obtained through a series of work: 1) on the basis of limit equilibrium theory and numerical analysis theory, Geo-slope and FLAC3D software are used to calculate the stability coefficient of the tailings dam and the location of the potential slip surface, and the results are compared and analyzed. 2) the stress level of the dam is calculated by using FLAC3D software, and the stability of the dam is obtained, and the construction technology of layered construction is simulated and the result of consolidation and settlement is obtained. The results are in agreement with the results of theoretical analysis. In the aspect of dynamic stability, the dynamic response of dam body under earthquake action is simulated by FLAC3D software. The displacement, residual deformation and the position of liquefaction are obtained. The dynamic stability of the tailings dam is obtained by analyzing the displacement, residual deformation and liquefaction zone of the tailings dam.
