取水明渠工程项目质量控制应用研究

【摘要】：工程质量的好坏不仅关系到生命财产和安全问题,还关系到企业的生存与持续发展。因此,以建筑工程质量管理为课题进行研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文运用项目质量控制相关理论,以连云港田湾核电5、6号机组取水明渠工程项目为研究对象,首先对取水明渠工程项目的概况以及重点、难点进行了阐述,并描述了该工程项目的总体施工工艺流程,进而分别从施工前质量控制、施工过程质量控制、施工后质量控制三个方面对工程项目的整体质量控制进行研究。具体地说,施工前质量控制主要研究了人、材、机、环境、资料以及施工方法、方案和工艺的质量控制;施工过程中的质量控制主要研究了测量放线、挖泥、爆炸挤淤以及护面块体安放分项工程的质量控制,并结合田湾核电站5、6号机组扩建工程的施工过程,对工程施工阶段的质量问题进行了分析和研究,并运用全面质量管理方法,解决抛填过程中的一些实际问题,从而更好地改善了工程的整体质量;施工事后质量控制主要研究了施工的不合格项的处理,工程质量事故的处理以及工程施工竣工资料质量管理。实践证明,本次工程质量的控制效果基本达到预期值。
[Abstract]:The quality of engineering is not only related to life, property and safety, but also related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of construction engineering. Based on the theory of project quality control, this paper takes the project of water intake channel of Tianwan No. 5 and No. 6 generating unit in Lianyungang as the research object. Firstly, the general situation, key points and difficulties of the project are expounded. The overall construction process of the project is described, and the overall quality control of the project is studied from three aspects: the quality control before construction, the quality control during construction and the quality control after construction. Specifically, the quality control before construction mainly studies the quality control of people, materials, machinery, environment, data, construction methods, schemes and techniques, and the quality control during construction mainly studies the measurement, laying and dredging, In this paper, the quality control of explosive silt extrusion and surface block placement sub-project, combined with the construction process of unit 5, 6 extension project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station, is analyzed and studied, and the quality problems in construction stage are analyzed and studied, and the total quality management method is used. In order to improve the overall quality of the project better, some practical problems in the process of throwing and filling are solved, and the treatment of the unqualified items in the construction is mainly studied in the post construction quality control. Project quality accident handling and construction completion data quality management. Practice has proved that the quality control effect of the project basically reached the expected value.
