水电站厂房结构自振特性与止水优化分析

【摘要】:水电站地面式厂房发电机层以上的墙柱通常是受振动影响最大的部位,为了研究厂房上部结构的连接方式和止水布置位置对结构的受力特性的影响,以某电站厂房为例,采用ANSYS软件,建立厂房上部的墙柱结构有刚度较大的钢架连接和无钢架连接2种模型,分析其对结构自振的影响。基于设计推荐方案,研究止水结构对厂房受力特性的影响,分别在2个具有代表性的工况下进行论证分析。计算成果表明:将厂房上部结构用钢架连接成整体后,对结构的振动特性影响总体有利,但改善幅度不明显;止水位置对蜗壳部位的受力特性影响较为显著。上述研究成果可为水电站厂房的结构设计与止水受力优化提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the connection mode of the superstructure and the position of the water stop arrangement on the mechanical characteristics of the structure, the wall column above the generator floor of the ground type powerhouse of a hydropower station is usually the most affected by vibration. By using ANSYS software, two kinds of models of steel frame connection and non-steel frame connection are established for the wall column structure in the upper part of the factory building, and the influence on the natural vibration of the structure is analyzed. Based on the design recommendation scheme, the influence of the watertight structure on the mechanical characteristics of the powerhouse is studied, and the analysis is carried out under two typical working conditions. The results show that when the superstructure of the powerhouse is connected into a whole with steel frame, the effect on the vibration characteristics of the structure is generally favorable, but the improvement range is not obvious, and the effect of the water stop position on the stress characteristics of the volute is more significant. The above research results can provide a useful reference for the structural design of hydropower plant and the optimization of watertight force.
