富水隧洞注浆堵水技术及合理注浆圈形式研究

【摘要】:对于长大水工隧洞,地下水问题伴随着隧洞建设的各个阶段。如果遇到不良地质、水文条件,加上施工中处理措施采取不当,地下水往往成为水工隧洞施工、运营的安全隐患,严重情况下甚至诱发突水突泥事故,给施工人员和工程设备造成巨大威胁。 本论文依托工程——木里水电工程输水隧洞沿线穿越多条富水断层破碎带,岩溶水较丰富,施工中可能存在岩溶塌陷和突发性涌水、突泥问题。为此,本论文基于离散元模型,对该地质条件下的注浆堵水技术及合理注浆圈形式进行了研究,研究成果对具体依托工程和类似工程具有一定的参考意义。本文主要研究的内容及相应成果如下: (1)注浆过程细观力学模拟 注浆堵水是防止隧洞发生突水事故的一种有效方法。本文通过对不同地质条件下,劈裂注浆和渗透注浆的细观过程进行研究,揭示了不同围岩渗透系数、围岩压力条件下,合理的注浆压力和注浆孔布设形式。 (2)高压富水溶腔注浆堵水措施研究 本文针对高压富水溶腔位于隧洞上方这一地质条件,研究了注浆加固圈渗透性质和结构形式等因素对注浆堵水效果的影响,提出了本依托工程地质条件下,合理的注浆圈范围和厚度。 (3)富水断层注浆堵水措施研究 研究了富水断层位于隧洞下方时,不同的注浆圈形式和排水泄压对隧洞突水的影响,确定了合理的注浆圈形式和排水系统的有效性;然后对不同断层倾角条件下隧洞突水过程进行了研究,确定了不同断层倾角条件下隧洞突水的薄弱位置。
[Abstract]:For long hydraulic tunnels, groundwater problems are accompanied by various stages of tunnel construction. If there are bad geology, hydrological conditions and improper treatment measures in construction, groundwater often becomes a hidden safety hazard in the construction and operation of hydraulic tunnels, and even induces water and mud inrush accidents in serious cases. It poses a great threat to the construction personnel and the engineering equipment. This paper relies on the project-Muli Hydropower Project water conveyance tunnel through many water-rich fault fracture zone, the karst water is abundant, there may be karst collapse and sudden water gushing, mud inrush problem in construction. Therefore, based on the discrete element model, this paper studies the grouting water plugging technology and the reasonable grouting ring form under the geological condition, and the research results have certain reference significance for the concrete supporting engineering and similar projects. The main contents of this paper and the corresponding results are as follows: 1) Meso-mechanical simulation of grouting process Grouting is an effective method to prevent water inrush in tunnel. In this paper, the mesoscopic process of split grouting and permeable grouting under different geological conditions is studied, and the reasonable grouting pressure and grouting hole layout form are revealed under different surrounding rock permeability coefficient and surrounding rock pressure. Study on Water plugging measures for High pressure and Rich Water cavity In view of the geological condition that the high pressure and rich water solution chamber is located above the tunnel, this paper studies the influence of the permeation property and structure form of the grouting reinforcement ring on the grouting water plugging effect, and puts forward a new method based on the engineering geological conditions. Reasonable range and thickness of grouting ring. Study on Water plugging measures for Water-rich Fault grouting When the water-rich fault is located under the tunnel, the influence of different grouting ring forms and drainage pressure on the tunnel water inrush is studied, and the reasonable grouting ring form and the effectiveness of drainage system are determined. Then the water inrush process of tunnel under different fault dip angle is studied and the weak position of tunnel water inrush under different fault dip angle is determined.
