丹东港5万吨级散货泊位工程—翻车机深基坑工程的支护与降止水研究

【摘要】:基坑开挖是一项复杂性工程,尤其是深基坑开挖,它涉及土力学、水力学、结构力学、材料力学等众多学科,它既需要研究土力学中的强度、稳定和变形等问题,也需要解决支护和降水止水等问题。此外,开挖基坑以及后续的支护、降止水所花费的费用相当高。这就需要基坑设计人员以及施工人员要依照工程的实际情况,运用合理的方法,充分考虑基坑的开挖、支护、降止水等问题,使其不但在设计施工上合理,而且在经济上也能减少成本。 本文结合丹东港5万吨级散货泊位工程-翻车机小区工程,总结深基坑工程在软土深基坑支护中的应用,根据工程实际情况,经方案对比,采用地下连续墙基坑支护和止水,计算地下连续墙的嵌固深度,验算其稳定性,基坑侧壁的变形观测结果表明,采用地下连续墙支护和止水效果良好。 大量的基坑建设经验表明,工程的设计和施工紧密相联,融为一体。施工的每个环节,都会引起基坑的内部结构和外部荷载发生不同程度的改变,也就使得在选用不同的施工工艺时需进行仔细研究论证。据此,本文对基坑工程的支护和降止水研究有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Excavation of foundation pit is a complex engineering, especially deep foundation pit excavation. It involves many subjects such as soil mechanics, hydraulics, structural mechanics, material mechanics and so on. It needs to study the strength, stability and deformation of soil mechanics. It is also necessary to solve the problems of supporting and water stopping. In addition, excavation of foundation pit and subsequent support, the cost of reducing water is quite high. Therefore, it is necessary for foundation pit designers and construction personnel to apply reasonable methods to fully consider the problems of excavation, supporting, lowering and sealing of foundation pit in accordance with the actual conditions of the project, so that it is not only reasonable in design and construction, but also in the design and construction of the foundation pit. And it can also reduce costs economically. In this paper, the application of deep foundation pit engineering in soft soil deep foundation pit support is summarized. According to the actual situation of the project, the underground continuous wall foundation pit is used to support and stop water, according to the actual situation of the project. By calculating the embedded depth and checking the stability of the underground continuous wall, the deformation observation results of the side wall of the foundation pit show that the underground continuous wall supports and stops the water well. A large number of foundation pit construction experience shows that the design and construction of the project are closely linked and integrated. Each link of construction will cause the internal structure and external load of foundation pit to change to different degrees, which makes it necessary to study and demonstrate carefully when selecting different construction technology. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to the research of foundation pit engineering supporting and reducing water stop.
