大中型冲击式水轮机转轮修补技术的探究

【摘要】:冶勒电站冲击式水轮机组单机120MW,由法国阿尔斯通生产,运行时间已近9年,转轮水斗分水刃两侧出现轻微空蚀情况。本文采用数字摄影测量技术,对转轮进行快速数字化测量,并运用空间逆向工程技术,创建转轮的三维数字模型,将所得出的转轮数据应用到转轮的修复中,促进转轮修复技术的发展。通过对冶勒冲击式转轮修补工艺流程的介绍,结合实际提出一些冲击式转轮的修补经验。新修复的转轮经过一个发电高峰期(6个月),机组运行情况良好,各工况下机组各部温度、振摆数据正常,修补部位未出现扩散情况,在一个检修周期内能够满足机组的安全稳定运行。这些为以后冲击式转轮的修补工作提供一些经验。
[Abstract]:The single 120MW hydraulic turbine unit of Yele Hydropower Station was produced by Alstom, France. The running time has been nearly 9 years, and there is slight cavitation erosion on both sides of the runner bucket water dividing edge. In this paper, the digital photogrammetry technology is used to measure the runner quickly, and the 3D digital model of the runner is created by using the spatial reverse engineering technology. The obtained data of the runner is applied to the repair of the runner. Promote the development of wheel repair technology. This paper introduces the repairing process of impact runner and puts forward some experiences of repairing impact runner. The newly repaired runner goes through a peak period of power generation (6 months), the unit is in good condition, the unit temperature and vibration data are normal under various working conditions, and no diffusion occurs in the repair site. In a maintenance cycle can meet the safety and stability of the unit operation. These provide some experience for the repair of impinging runner in the future.
