虾峙车客渡码头扩建工程用海可行性分析

【摘要】：虾峙车客渡码头扩建工程位于虾峙岛西北岸段,建设规模为2个1 000 GT车客渡泊位,码头采用浮式结构。结合工程区附近海域环境现状的调查研究,分析工程用海对水质环境、生态环境和周边其他用海活动的影响。结果表明,在施工期码头工程的建设对海洋水质和周边用海活动的影响较小,但在一定范围会影响海域生态环境,造成渔业资源的损失,以采用增殖流放的生态补偿方式减少对海洋生态的破坏,码头扩建工程的用海是可行的。
[Abstract]:The extension project of Xianzhiqedu Wharf is located on the west and north shore of Xianshi Island. The construction scale is 2 1 000 GT ferryway berths, and the pier adopts floating structure. Based on the investigation and study of the present situation of the sea environment in the vicinity of the engineering area, the influence of the engineering sea on the water quality environment, ecological environment and other activities in the surrounding sea area is analyzed. The results show that the construction of the wharf during the construction period has little influence on the marine water quality and the activities of the surrounding sea, but in a certain extent it will affect the ecological environment of the sea area and cause the loss of fishery resources. In order to reduce the damage to marine ecology by using the ecological compensation of multiplication and exile, it is feasible to use the sea for the wharf expansion project.
