混凝土拱坝施工仿真分析及温度控制研究

【摘要】:拱坝施工技术复杂,浇筑仓位多,施工难度大,混凝土内部产生的水化热很大,温度荷载是拱坝的一项主要荷载,温度变形受地基约束时会在坝体产生较大的温度应力。当温度拉应力超过混凝土的允许抗拉强度时,就可能导致裂缝的出现,因此正确把握拱坝温度场及应力场的分布规律,对制定满足大坝要求的温控标准,采取相应的防裂措施以及正确指导大坝施工有着重要的意义。另外,混凝土拱坝内部温度场的研究,为温度-应力试验提供温度历程曲线,为从整体论角度研究拱坝早龄期抗裂性做准备。因此,拱坝温度场及应力场的仿真计算是一项重要的研究课题。 本文采用ANSYS软件创建有限元模型,并采用基于Fortran语言编制的温控仿真程序进行温度场和应力场的仿真计算,用tecplot软件进行后处理的方法,分析了大岗山双曲拱坝施工期的温度场及应力场,并对其特点及发展规律作了研究,提出了可供大坝工程设计与施工参考的意见. 本论文的研究成果,可以方便、快速、准确地计算采取表面保温和跳仓浇筑条件下大坝结构的温度场和温度应力,为大坝混凝土结构的温度场和温度应力计算提供了科学依据,也为大坝结构温度控制的进一步研究提供理论基础.
[Abstract]:The construction technology of arch dam is complicated, the construction is difficult, the hydration heat generated by concrete is very large, and the temperature load is one of the main loads of arch dam. When the temperature deformation is constrained by the foundation, there will be larger temperature stress in the dam body. When the temperature tensile stress exceeds the allowable tensile strength of concrete, it may lead to the appearance of cracks. Therefore, the distribution law of temperature field and stress field of arch dam is correctly grasped, and the temperature control standard that meets the requirements of dam is formulated. It is of great significance to take corresponding crack prevention measures and to guide dam construction correctly. In addition, the study of internal temperature field of concrete arch dam provides temperature history curve for temperature-stress test, and prepares for the study of early age crack resistance of arch dam from the angle of holism. Therefore, the simulation of temperature field and stress field of arch dam is an important research subject. In this paper, the finite element model is created by ANSYS software, the temperature field and stress field are calculated by temperature control simulation program based on Fortran language, and the method of post processing by tecplot software is used. This paper analyzes the temperature field and stress field of Dagangshan double curvature arch dam during construction, studies its characteristics and development rules, and puts forward some suggestions for the design and construction of the dam. The research results of this paper can conveniently, quickly and accurately calculate the temperature field and the temperature stress of the dam structure under the condition of surface insulation and hopping pouring, which provides a scientific basis for the calculation of the temperature field and the temperature stress of the dam concrete structure. It also provides a theoretical basis for further research on temperature control of dam structure.
