北疆供水工程混凝土预制板渠道糙率分析研究

【摘要】:糙率系数的选取在渠道设计中起着至关重要的作用,其值选择的适宜性和可靠度对水利工程的建设和运行期的管理都有十分重要的意义。糙率系数取值大于工程本身的糙率时,会加大工程建设的投资和使工程发生冲刷现象使结构等破坏,增加工程隐患;反之如果糙率系数取值过小,渠道过流能力减小就会造成渠道泥沙淤积和渠水漫渠,酿成灾害。在过去建设的水利工程中(渠道、隧洞)糙率系数的选取通常是依靠积累的经验和参照相关规范,但是对于大型引水工程的建设糙率系数取值就显得极其关键,即使是微小偏差也会对工程建设投资和今后运行管理工作产生极为深远的影响。因此,对供水工程混凝土预制板渠道糙率系数进行深入研究就显得十分重要,以便为今后类似工程设计提供参考。本文在广泛收集和综述国内外大型调水工程糙率的基础上,结合北疆供水工程现场实测资料、以水力学谢才公式和曼宁公式为理论依据,结合北疆供水工程多年的运行实际测量的流量资料进行分析、研究,并与有关科研、设计、施工、管理等单位的专家及技术人员进行广泛的交流,得到了宝贵的第一手资料,利用数理统计方法进行数据分析,得到可信的取值范围。从而对北疆供水工程混凝土预制板衬砌渠道糙率系数设计取值及实测资料分析研究成果进行了综合评述。本文探讨了混凝土预制板衬砌渠道糙率实际范围值,建立了大型长距离渠道供水能力的校核模型,其取值的合理可靠性对工程有极其重要的意义。通过对渠道流量的实测,研究渠道的糙率,验证渠道的实际过流能力,确定渠道在现有条件下的输水能力,为工程的运行管理,统筹调度以及今后二期工程加高改扩建提供重要的理论支撑,也为国内其他同类工程在设计选取糙率时提供技术支撑和借鉴。本文的论述成果:(1)结合多年北疆供水工程的流量实测资料,利用水力学计算公式和数理统计的方法,分析验证该渠道工程的实际糙率值;(2)通过分析验证北疆供水工程实际糙率值,明确工程现有输水能力,最大限度的满足工程用水客户需求。
[Abstract]:The selection of roughness coefficient plays an important role in channel design. The suitability and reliability of the selection of roughness coefficient are of great significance to the construction and management of water conservancy projects. When the roughness coefficient is larger than the roughness of the project itself, it will increase the investment in the construction of the project and cause the scour phenomenon of the project to destroy the structure and increase the hidden trouble of the project; on the contrary, if the roughness coefficient is too small, The decrease of channel overflow capacity will result in siltation of channel and overflowing of canal water, which will lead to disaster. In the past, the selection of roughness coefficient in water conservancy projects (canal, tunnel) usually depends on accumulated experience and referring to relevant codes, but it is very critical to select roughness coefficient for large diversion projects. Even small deviations will have a profound impact on project construction investment and future operation management. Therefore, it is very important to study the roughness coefficient of concrete prefabricated slab channel in water supply project, so as to provide reference for similar engineering design in the future. Based on the extensive collection and summary of the roughness of large-scale water transfer projects at home and abroad, combined with the field measured data of water supply projects in northern Xinjiang, the theoretical basis of this paper is based on the hydraulics Xie Caigong formula and Manning formula. In combination with the discharge data actually measured in operation for many years in the North Xinjiang Water supply Project, the flow data were analyzed, studied, and extensively exchanged with experts and technicians of relevant scientific research, design, construction, management and other units, and valuable first-hand data were obtained. A reliable range of values is obtained by using mathematical statistics to analyze the data. Thus, the design value of roughness coefficient of concrete prefabricated panel lining and the analysis and research results of measured data are comprehensively reviewed. In this paper, the actual range value of channel roughness of concrete prefabricated panel lining is discussed, and the checking model of water supply capacity for large long distance canals is established. The reasonable reliability of its value is of great significance for engineering. Through the measurement of the channel flow, the roughness of the channel is studied, the actual overcurrent capacity of the channel is verified, and the water conveyance capacity of the channel under the existing conditions is determined, which is the operation management of the project. The overall planning and dispatching as well as the upgrading and extension of the second phase of the project in the future provide important theoretical support, and also provide technical support and reference for other similar projects in our country in the design selection of roughness. The results of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the measured data of water supply project in North Xinjiang for many years, the hydraulic calculation formula and mathematical statistics method are used. Analyze and verify the actual roughness value of the channel project; (2) through the analysis and verification of the actual roughness value of the water supply project in Northern Xinjiang, make clear the existing water conveyance capacity of the project, and meet the needs of the project water customers to the maximum extent.
