土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度评价

【摘要】:为定量评估土石围堰施工应急能力,提出一种应急能力成熟度评价方法。首先,从事前、事中、事后三个方面构建土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度评价指标体系,其中包括3项一级指标,8项二级指标,25项三级指标;然后,建立土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度评价模型,选用熵值法对评价指标重要性进行排序,并运用突变级数法和多目标线性加权函数法计算土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度总得分;最后,运用该模型量化评估我国某土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度,得到该土石围堰施工应急能力水平。结果表明,该土石围堰施工应急能力成熟度属于程序级,与实际施工应急水平相符,验证了该模型的有效性与可行性,可用于实际工程土石围堰施工应急能力评价。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively evaluate the construction emergency ability of earth rock cofferdam construction, a method for evaluating the maturity of emergency capacity is put forward. Firstly, the evaluation index system of emergency capability maturity of earth rock cofferdam construction is constructed in three aspects, including 3 first grade indexes, 8 two grade indexes and 25 three grade indexes, and then the construction of earth rock cofferdam construction emergency is established. The evaluation model of capacity maturity is used to sort the importance of evaluation index by entropy method, and the total score of emergency capacity maturity of the construction of earth rock cofferdam is calculated by the method of catastrophe series and multi objective linear weighted function method. Finally, the model is used to quantify the maturity of the construction emergency ability of a rock cofferdam construction in China, and the earth rock cofferdam is applied to the construction of the cofferdam. The results show that the emergency capacity of the earth rock cofferdam is of the program level, which is in accordance with the actual construction emergency level, which proves the validity and feasibility of the model, and can be used for the evaluation of the construction emergency capacity of the actual construction of the earth rock cofferdam.
