软弱松散岩体浅埋隧洞衬砌结构设计研究

【摘要】:考虑软弱松散岩体的复杂性和浅埋隧洞山岩压力计算理论的不确定性,针对托巴水电站中路沟弃渣场排水隧洞,基于浅埋隧洞山岩压力不同的计算理论,通过SDCAD结构力学计算方法对衬砌结构展开稳定性分析。结果表明,对于软弱松散岩体浅埋隧洞,侧向山岩压力采用主动土压力的计算成果更为合适;在底板和边墙连接处增设贴脚措施,能够有效缓解直角方案的应力集中,并可减少抗剪钢筋,降低边墙和底板连接处剪切破坏的可能性,对保证工程安全、加快施工速度和节省工程投资具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Considering the complexity of soft and loose rock mass and the uncertainty of the calculation theory of mountain rock pressure in shallow tunnel, aiming at the drainage tunnel in the middle channel of Toba Hydropower Station, based on the different calculation theory of mountain rock pressure in shallow tunnel, The stability analysis of lining structure is carried out by SDCAD structural mechanics calculation method. The results show that for shallow buried tunnel of soft loose rock mass, active earth pressure is more suitable for lateral rock pressure calculation, adding foot sticking measures to the joint of bottom plate and side wall can effectively alleviate the stress concentration of right angle scheme. It can reduce the shear resistance of steel bar and reduce the possibility of shear failure at the joint of side wall and floor. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of the project, accelerate the construction speed and save the project investment.
