南水北调中线一期工程天津干线输水方案设计特点

【摘要】:针对南水北调中线一期工程天津干线的地形地势、洪水和输水过程等条件,在输水方案设计中,分别采取了相应措施。通过对多种不同输水方式的系统研究,因地制宜地提出了无压接有压自流输水方案;采用多功能自动调节堰井技术,简化了水力控制条件,降低了工程投资;针对可能出现的糙率进行水力设计,保证了流态稳定;统筹考虑相关工程的不利影响,设置溢流调节措施,保证了工程安全。实践证明,输水方案切实可行,科学合理。
[Abstract]:In view of the terrain, flood and water transfer process of Tianjin trunk line in the first phase of South-to-North Water transfer Project, the corresponding measures are taken in the design of water conveyance scheme. Based on the systematic study of various water conveyance modes, this paper puts forward a water conveyance scheme with no pressure connection and pressure autoflow according to local conditions, adopts multi-function automatic regulation Weir well technology, simplifies hydraulic control conditions and reduces project investment. The hydraulic design is aimed at the possible roughness to ensure the stability of the flow state and the safety of the project is ensured by setting up the overflow regulation measures considering the adverse effects of the relevant projects as a whole. Practice has proved that the water transfer scheme is feasible and scientific and reasonable.
