空腹重力坝断面形状优化设计研究

【摘要】:空腹重力坝是一种常见的坝型,即在重力坝坝体内设立一个空腔,既可以节约坝体混凝土量,又可以减少坝体与坝基的接触面积,从而减小坝底扬压力。目前国内外对空腹重力坝进行了大量的结构分析和数值模拟研究,取得了较好的成果,但大多只针对某工程实例进行研究,没有对其进行全面系统的对比分析。尤其是空腹重力坝的断面形状及尺寸,直接影响到大坝的应力、稳定及工程量的大小。目前对不同形状空腔结构的对比分析、不同高跨比对空腹重力坝坝体应力的影响研究还不够全面和系统,因此有必要进行空腹坝断面体型优化研究,为空腹重力坝设计与施工提供理论依据。 本文以蓝田岱峪水库浆砌石空腹重力坝为依托,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立多种空腹重力坝断面模型,进行了以下几方面研究: 1、利用ABAQUS软件建立了扇形空腔形状的空腹重力坝模型,进行了初始地应力场的分析;对比分析了在不同工况下坝体的应力大小和位移分布、在工况Ⅱ(设计洪水位)条件下不同空腹参数空腹重力坝的应力大小及位移分布。 2、利用ABAQUS软件建立了参数优化的扇形空腔形状空腹重力坝模型,对比分析了城门洞形以及腹孔上游、下游边墙均倾向上游型空腔形状的空腹重力坝在此开孔率下的应力大小及位移分布。通过分析,,发现空腹重力坝和重力坝的受力状况相同,随着开孔率的增大,同种空腔形状的空腹重力坝坝踵和空腔内部的拉应力呈逐渐增大的趋势;还要根据空腹内设置的电站厂房、开关站、放水闸门等确定空腹的开孔率;空腔内的拉压应力主要出现在拱顶偏左以及空腔底部偏右处,若着重考虑受力情况,建议在实际工程施工中选择腹孔上游、下游边墙均倾向上游型空腔形状。若考虑空腔内的设置时,则根据具体情况而定。 3、分析了各个空腔形状空腹重力坝的抗滑稳定性;结果表明三种空腔形状下的空腹重力坝均满足抗滑稳定性要求; 4、依据模型数值计算(抗滑稳定性、应力分布等)的结果,校核了岱欲空腹重力坝原设计方案的合理性和可行性,提出了相应的修改与完善方案,对该坝坝体体型进行了优化。
[Abstract]:The hollow gravity dam is a kind of common dam type, that is to say, the establishment of a cavity in the gravity dam body can not only save the amount of concrete in the dam body, but also reduce the contact area between the dam body and the dam foundation, thus reducing the uplift pressure of the dam bottom. At present, a large number of structural analysis and numerical simulation research have been carried out on the hollow gravity dam at home and abroad, and good results have been obtained, but most of them have been studied only for a project case, and no comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis has been carried out on it. Especially, the shape and size of the section of an empty stomach gravity dam directly affect the stress, stability and quantity of the dam. At present, the comparative analysis of hollow cavity structures with different shapes and different ratio of height to span is not comprehensive and systematic enough, so it is necessary to optimize the section shape of the hollow gravity dam. It provides theoretical basis for design and construction of hollow gravity dam. In this paper, based on the slurry hollow gravity dam of Daiyu Reservoir in Lantian County, several cross section models of hollow gravity dam are established by using finite element software ABAQUS. The following aspects are studied: 1. Using ABAQUS software, the model of hollow gravity dam with sector cavity shape is established, and the initial stress field is analyzed, and the stress and displacement distribution of the dam body under different working conditions are compared and analyzed.
