低影响开发在海绵城市建设中的应用

【摘要】:低影响开发(LID)作为海绵城市概念的重要组成部分,将其理念、技术措施、设计方法、适用性等融入海绵城市的建设当中,对于加快海绵城市的建设步伐、推进城市绿色海绵体骨架的构建及海绵城市功效的发挥,具有重要意义。因此,首先介绍了LID设施在海绵城市建设中的分层布置及LID设施在雨洪管理中的应用效果,然后分析了小尺度的LID与大尺度海绵城市理念的融合,提出了以流域控制为基础,以城市管网及"山水林田湖"等大海绵体为依托,以LID为建设重点,多尺度多学科交叉建设海绵城市的途径,同时分析了LID设施在工程应用中的难点及其发展前景,最后以临海市海绵城市建设区为例,分析了LID在海绵城市建设中的综合效果,以期为LID在海绵城市建设的应用中提供一些借鉴与启示,以便更好地推动海绵城市的建设。
[Abstract]:Low-impact development of (LID) as an important part of the concept of sponge city, the concept, technical measures, design methods, applicability and so on are integrated into the construction of sponge city, so as to accelerate the pace of construction of sponge city, It is of great significance to promote the construction of urban green sponge skeleton and the effectiveness of sponge city. Therefore, this paper first introduces the layering arrangement of LID facilities in sponge city construction and the application effect of LID facilities in rainwater flood management, then analyzes the integration of small scale LID and large scale sponge city concept, and puts forward the base of watershed control. Based on urban pipe network and large sponge body such as "landscape, forest, lake" and LID as the focal point, the way of building sponge city with multi-scale and multi-disciplinary crossing is discussed. At the same time, the difficulties and development prospects of LID facilities in engineering application are analyzed. Finally, taking the sponge city construction area of Linhai city as an example, the comprehensive effect of LID in sponge city construction is analyzed in order to provide some reference and inspiration for the application of LID in sponge city construction, so as to promote the construction of sponge city better.
