绿色建筑中雨水利用体系研究

【摘要】:建设节水型社会是当今促进和谐社会发展以及人与自然和谐共存的重要内容,是解决我国水资源短缺的必然选择。其中,绿色建筑就是在节水型社会的发展趋势下而产生的,绿色建筑强调“四节一环保”:节能、节地、节水、节材和环境保护和减少污染。在《绿色建筑评价标准》中,非传统水资源的利用率是绿色建筑评价中最重要的环节之一。雨水是一种十分宝贵的非传统水资源,雨水相对于其它非传统水资源水质较好,只需要进行过滤、沉淀等简单的水处理工艺,就可以对雨水进行利用。然而,雨水资源的利用在我国刚刚起步,,特别是在绿色建筑中如何利用雨水资源是一个亟待解决的问题,对绿色建筑中雨水利用体系进行研究,并将对水资源匮乏问题起到一定缓解作用,具有很重大的现实意义和理论价值。 通过对国内外雨水利用及绿色建筑研究现状的阐述和分析,研究绿色建筑中雨水利用体系亟待解决的问题,并从绿色建筑中雨水利用的原理和技术要求出发,对绿色建筑中雨水利用体系理论及技术、绿色建筑中雨水量计算方法、绿色建筑中雨水利用模式三个方面进行了研究,最后结合实例,设计雨水综合利用方案。 从绿色建筑评价体系中有关雨水利用的评价规定出发,对雨水利用的基础理论和各种技术特点进行分析和比较,探讨这些技术在绿色建筑中雨水利用体系里应用的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益。 对绿色建筑中雨水利用的类型进行了划分,并把雨水收集利用技术进行了归总和分类,以便于在设计雨水收集利用工程时对相关技术进行选择。 可收集利用雨水量的计算是选择雨水利用技术和模式的先决条件。首先对国内外各种雨水利用量计算方法进行了比较和研究,然后以某小区为例,用各种计算方法进行可收集雨水量计算,最后分析通过计算结果,分析各种计算雨水量的方法的特点。 针对不同建筑规模、不同建筑类型的公共建筑及住宅建筑的绿色建筑水系统,创建了不同的雨水利用模式。在进行绿色建筑设计时,就可根据建筑类型及规模,直接选用适合的绿色建筑中雨水利用模式进行设计。 绿色建筑是实现节水型社会的重要方式,雨水的利用是评价绿色建筑的重要指标,在绿色建筑中的雨水利用具有现实的经济、社会、环境等多方效益。
[Abstract]:The construction of water-saving society is an important content to promote the development of harmonious society and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. It is also the inevitable choice to solve the shortage of water resources in China. Among them, green building is produced under the development trend of water-saving society. Green building emphasizes "four sections and one environmental protection": energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection and reducing pollution. The utilization rate of non-traditional water resources is one of the most important links in the evaluation of green buildings. Rain Water is a very valuable unconventional water resource. Rather than other unconventional water resources, Rain Water has better water quality, so it can be utilized by simply treating water by filtration and precipitation. However, the utilization of rain water resources is just beginning in our country, especially how to use Rain Water resources in green buildings is a problem to be solved urgently. It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to alleviate the problem of water scarcity. Through expounding and analyzing the current situation of Rain Water utilization and green building research at home and abroad, this paper studies the problems that need to be solved urgently in the use system of Rain Water in green building, and proceeds from the principle and technical requirements of the use of Rain Water in green building. This paper studies the theory and technology of Rain Water's utilization system in green building, the calculation method of rain water in green building, and the utilization mode of Rain Water in green building. Finally, it designs the comprehensive utilization scheme of Rain Water with an example. Based on the evaluation regulations of Rain Water in the evaluation system of green building, this paper analyzes and compares the basic theory and various technical characteristics of the utilization of Rain Water, and probes into the economic benefits of the application of these technologies in the system of utilization in green building. Social and environmental benefits. This paper classifies the types used by Rain Water in the green building, and classifies the collecting and utilizing technology of Rain Water in order to select the relevant technology in the design of the collection and utilization project of Rain Water. The calculation of the amount of rainwater that can be collected and utilized is a prerequisite for the selection of Rain Water's utilization technology and model. This paper first compares and studies the calculation methods of Rain Water's utilization at home and abroad, and then, taking a small area as an example, calculates the amount of rain water that can be collected by various calculation methods, and finally analyzes the results of the calculation. The characteristics of various methods for calculating rain water are analyzed. Aiming at the green building water system of public buildings and residential buildings with different scale and different types of buildings, different utilization modes of Rain Water were established. According to the type and scale of green architecture, Rain Water can be used to design green architecture directly. Green building is an important way to realize water-saving society. Rain Water's utilization is an important index to evaluate green building. In green building, Rain Water's utilization has realistic economic, social and environmental benefits.
