引大济湟调水总干渠TBM机施工脱困及拆卸技术研究

【摘要】:青海省引大济湟调水总干渠隧洞工程全长24.17 km,采用德国维尔特生产直径为5.93 m TBM机和法国生产直径5.75 m的NFM-TBM机施工掘进,因隧洞围岩具有高应力、大断层、大埋深等罕见技术难题,历时11年之久才全面贯通。总结分析了在引大济湟调水总干渠隧洞施工过程中遇到的部分难题、卡机问题、以及采取的脱困技术,提出了一种非常规拆卸方式,即同时拆卸两台TBM掘进机,避免按照顺序的拆卸,可节省50%的时间,极大地减少了拆卸费用,为以后类似高原、高寒地区隧洞施工有效节省投资、节约拆卸时间提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:For the total length of 24.17 km, of the main diversion tunnel project in Dazihuang, Qinghai Province, a 5.93 m TBM machine in Germany and a 5.75 m in diameter NFM-TBM machine in France are used to construct the tunnel. The surrounding rock of the tunnel is of high stress and large fault. Deep buried and other rare technical problems, took 11 years to fully through. This paper summarizes and analyzes some difficulties encountered in the construction of the main trunk channel tunnel in Yida, Yellow River, and the problems of the clamping machine, as well as the adopted techniques of getting rid of the difficulties, and puts forward a kind of unconventional disassembly method, that is, to disassemble two TBM tunneling machines at the same time. Avoiding the sequential disassembly can save 50% of the time and greatly reduce the cost of disassembly, which provides a reference basis for saving investment and time for tunnel construction in the future similar to plateau and alpine region.
