国外都市雨水管理政策措施及对京津冀区域的借鉴初探

【摘要】:城市雨水是重要的水资源,是京津冀城市群水资源与环境管理工作的重要内容。针对目前京津冀地区水资源严重短缺现状,通过文献分析和对比研究等情报研究方法,对德国、日本等发达国家雨水管理政策措施进行总体梳理,并以此为借鉴,结合京津冀一体化进程中的都市雨水管理现状,提出了对京津冀区域城市群雨水管理的建议。
[Abstract]:Rain Water is an important water resource and an important part of water resources and environmental management in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei urban agglomeration. In view of the serious shortage of water resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region at present, through the methods of information research, such as literature analysis and comparative study, the management policies and measures of Rain Water in developed countries, such as Germany, Japan, etc., are generally combed out and used for reference. Combined with the present situation of urban Rain Water management in the process of integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional urban agglomeration.
