平原地区城市河网水环境改善的补水调度策略研究——以天津市中心城区河网为例

【摘要】:针对平原地区城市河网中存在的补水效果差、水质不达标等水环境问题,采取问题解析-方法优化的思路开展河网水环境改善的补水调度策略研究,提出了融合现状模拟和成因分析、补水调度策略验证、补水调度实施方案的研究思路。以天津市中心城区环城河网进行实例应用,基于现状问题解析揭示了河网水质不达标原因,按照保持现有工程措施及增设工程措施的顺序提出了适用的推荐补水调度策略,并基于推荐补水调度策略提出了年度整体实施方案及实际实施方案,其中年度整体实施方案对应的年度补水调度总需水量为3.19亿m3。研究表明本文提出的补水调度策略研究方法可利用有限的补水资源有效地改善水环境,可在其他平原地区城市河网中进行推广。
[Abstract]:In view of the water environment problems in urban river network in plain area, such as poor water supply effect and substandard water quality, the problem analysis-optimization method is adopted to study the strategy of water supply scheduling for river network water environment improvement. The present situation simulation and cause analysis, the verification of water supply dispatching strategy and the scheme of water supply dispatching are put forward in this paper. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the reasons for the water quality of the river network not up to the standard are revealed. According to the order of maintaining the existing engineering measures and adding the additional engineering measures, the suitable strategies for the regulation of supplementary water are put forward in the light of the application of the Huancheng River Network in the downtown area of Tianjin. Based on the recommended water supply scheduling strategy, the annual overall implementation scheme and the actual implementation plan are put forward, in which the total annual water demand for the annual supplementary water dispatching is 319 million m3. The research results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the water environment by using limited supplementary water resources and can be popularized in urban river networks in other plain areas.
