基于碾压机做功的堆石坝压实质量实时监测与快速评估方法及应用
[Abstract]:The key to ensure the safety of rockfill dam is to control the quality of compaction effectively. The compaction quality of rockfill dam is controlled by the method of combination of in-process control of roller compaction parameter process and spot check of post-test pit, but the method of monitoring roller compaction parameter can not realize real-time monitoring of exciting frequency, exciting force and other parameters of roller compaction machine. Therefore, it can not reflect the work efficiency of rolling machinery on dam compaction, and the controlled rolling parameters (driving speed, rolling times, exciting force and layer thickness) can not directly reflect the compaction quality of dam material (compactness, porosity, dry density, etc.); The limited sampling points used in post-test pit testing not only can not reflect the compaction quality of the whole construction silo, but also are difficult to control the site construction in time because the test results can not be obtained quickly. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the monitoring index which can reflect the compaction effect of rockfill dam in real time, and then to evaluate the quality of rockfill dam quickly. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) from the angle of compaction effect of roller and vibration behavior of roller, the unit volume compaction work and harmonic distortion THD0 are introduced as the real-time monitoring index of compaction quality of rockfill dam, respectively. The definition and calculation method of these two indexes, the real-time monitoring system of compaction quality of rockfill dam and the field test are introduced. The method of obtaining sample data is designed. (2) the evaluation effect of THD0 on compaction quality of rockfill dam is verified, and the relativity of unit volume compaction work THD 0, material property parameter and compaction quality is analyzed. The influence of various factors on the compaction quality of rockfill dam is quantified, which provides the basis for the establishment of compaction quality evaluation model of rockfill dam. (3) the evaluation model of compaction quality of rockfill dam with different variable parameters is established. It is found that the joint evaluation of unit volume compaction work and THD0 can effectively overcome the one-sidedness of evaluating the compaction quality of dam materials separately. In order to achieve better evaluation results. (4) A rapid evaluation method for compaction quality of rockfill dam based on the work done by roller is proposed. The unit volume compaction work and THD0 obtained by real-time acquisition and calculation are interpolated by spatial interpolation method. Combined with the established evaluation model, the dry density and its unqualified area distribution map at any position of the whole silo surface can be obtained, and the real-time monitoring of the compaction quality of the rockfill dam and the rapid evaluation of the compaction quality of the whole silo surface can be realized. It provides a new way for quality control of rockfill dam construction.
