3DM型三向测缝计在混凝土面板堆石坝周边缝监测中的应用

【摘要】:三向测缝计在混凝土面板堆石坝周边缝监测中广泛应用,为优化其设备选型,避免安装缺陷,以3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计、刚性拉杆位移计整体式三向测缝计、刚性拉杆位移计分体式三向测缝计为例,分析了3DM型三向测缝计在设备选型、安装要点及监测成果分析等方面的优势。结果表明,3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计工作原理及计算公式科学合理,相比分体式等其他类型三向测缝计具有量程大、安装方便、测量精度高、耐水压级别高等优势。在工程实施中,应注意控制好安装过程中的重要环节,避免各项安装缺陷。工程实践证明,通过对3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计的监测结果进行科学合理地分析处理,可以正确反映大坝周边缝的变化情况,为大坝的安全评价提供科学合理的评判依据。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the equipment selection and avoid installation defects, the 3DM flexible steel wire displacement meter and the rigid pull rod displacement meter are used as integral three direction jointmeter, in order to optimize the equipment selection and avoid the installation defects, the three-direction jointmeter is widely used in the monitoring of the peripheral joints of concrete face rockfill dam. As an example, the advantages of 3DM type three-way joint gauge in equipment selection, installation and monitoring results are analyzed. The results show that the working principle and calculation formula of the integral three-direction jointmeter for flexible steel wire displacement meter are scientific and reasonable. Compared with other types of three-way joint gauge such as split type, it has the advantages of large measuring range, convenient installation, high measuring precision and high water pressure resistance. In the project implementation, attention should be paid to control the important links in the installation process to avoid the installation defects. It has been proved by engineering practice that the monitoring results of 3DM flexible steel wire displacement meter can accurately reflect the variation of the peripheral joints of the dam by scientifically and reasonably analyzing and processing the monitoring results of the integral three-direction jointmeter. It provides a scientific and reasonable basis for dam safety evaluation.
