双馈水轮发电机通风槽钢对电机内流体流动的影响研究

【摘要】:双馈水轮发电机是适用于水头变化较大场合的一种交流励磁水力发电设备。近年来针对双馈水轮发电机的研究侧重于发电机控制系统的组成以及控制策略方面,没有很好地对其内部的流体场进行充分地分析研究。因此基于电机学、流体力学的基本理论,协同分析发电机内流体流变特性,揭示发电机内不同参量之间的作用机理、影响关系及影响程度具有重要的理论价值和工程实际意义。基于此,本论文主要针对如下内容展开了相应的分析研究: 根据双馈水轮发电机通风系统的结构特点,以发电机轴向单个径向通风沟内的流体场作为研究对象,在相应的基本假设基础上建立流体场研究模型,基于三维纳威尔斯克托斯方程以及k ε等流体力学控制方程,采用有限体积元法对发电机不同结构区域内的流体流变特性进行数值研究,并对电机内风摩损耗进行计算,进而实现了电机内机械损耗的分离计算。通过与实验数据的对比分析,验证了其计算结果的准确性,并对电机内风摩损耗的敏感性因素进行了分析。 以双馈水轮发电机周向1/12区域流体场作为研究对象,对影响发电机内部流体流动形态的相关因素,,例如发电机定转子径向通风槽钢的结构、尺寸、型态、数量以及电机定转子径向通风槽钢不同组合下的电机内流体场进行仿真分析,对相关因素对电机内流体场的影响关系及影响程度进行研究。
[Abstract]:Doubly-fed hydrogenerator is a kind of AC excitation hydrogenerator which is suitable for large head change. In recent years, the research of doubly-fed hydrogenerator focuses on the composition and control strategy of generator control system, and the fluid field inside the generator is not well analyzed. Therefore, based on the basic theory of electromechanics and hydrodynamics, it is of great theoretical value and engineering practical significance to analyze the rheological characteristics of fluid in the generator, and to reveal the mechanism, influence relation and influence degree of the different parameters in the generator. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on the following contents: according to the structural characteristics of doubly-fed hydrogenerator ventilation system, the fluid field in the single radial ventilation ditch of the generator is taken as the research object. On the basis of the corresponding basic assumptions, the fluid field research model is established, which is based on the three-dimensional Navistos equation and k 蔚 isohydrodynamic control equation. The finite volume element method is used to study the rheological characteristics of the fluid in different structural regions of the generator, and the wind friction loss in the motor is calculated, and the separation calculation of the mechanical loss in the motor is realized. The accuracy of the calculation results is verified by comparing with the experimental data, and the sensitivity factors of the wind friction loss in the motor are analyzed. Taking the circumferential 1 / 12 region fluid field of doubly-fed hydrogenerator as the object of study, the related factors affecting the fluid flow pattern in the generator, such as the structure, size, shape of generator stator and rotor radial ventilation channel steel, are studied. The quantity and the fluid field of motor under different combination of stator and rotor radial ventilation channel steel were simulated and analyzed, and the influence of relevant factors on the fluid field in motor was studied.
