基于动网格方法的水泵水轮机导叶力特性研究

【摘要】:抽水蓄能电站作为一种储能方式在电力系统中发挥着重要作用。水泵水轮机作为抽水蓄能电站的核心部件,其启动到并网暂态过程的研究对水轮机工况下机组最优启动方式的探索有重要意义。本文以某模型水泵水轮机为研究对象,主要研究该机组从导叶关闭状态到某较大开度状态的过渡过程中活动导叶受力状态。通过三步计算,渐进式的研究导叶开启过程中导叶水力矩与径向力的变化,揭示其力特性。先定常模拟导叶开启过程中的几个开度的流场,对其受力进行分析。并发现导叶两侧表面压力分布直接影响导叶受到的径向力和水力矩大小。再进行非定常模拟导叶从关闭状态到某较大开度的全过程,分析活动导叶的受力过程。此非定常仿真针对引水部件,并通过UDF给定导叶开启规律。研究发现,随导叶开启径向力与水力矩系数不断减小,径向力方向随导叶开启发生一定改变,且不同位置导叶径向力方向角改变量不一致。当导叶开启到一定开度,流量出现波动。流量的波动,周期性的影响流道内的局部压力,从而使导叶力特性受到周期性影响。最后非定常模拟整个机组导叶开启过程中的流场。计算中使用UDF控制流量边界条件,模拟流量随导叶增大而增大。并在动网格控制导叶开启的基础上,使用6 DOF控制转轮运动,从而得到了几个开度下短时间内导叶开启过程中的流场。分析发现导叶受力规律与前两步仿真基本一致,不同在于计算中压力波动较大。
[Abstract]:Pumped-storage power station plays an important role in power system as a kind of energy storage method. As the core component of pumped-storage power station, the research on the transient process from start-up to grid connection is of great significance to the exploration of the optimal start-up mode of turbine units. In this paper, a model pump turbine is taken as the research object, and the force state of the guide vane during the transition from the guide vane closing state to a larger opening state is mainly studied. Through three-step calculation, the variation of guide vane water moment and radial force during the process of guide vane opening is studied, and the force characteristics are revealed. The flow field of several openings in the opening process of the guide vane is simulated and the force is analyzed. It is also found that the surface pressure distribution on both sides of the guide vane directly affects the radial force and the water moment of the guide vane. Then the unsteady simulation of the whole process from the closing state to a larger opening of the guide vane is carried out to analyze the force process of the moving guide vane. The unsteady simulation is aimed at the diversion components and the opening rule of the guide vane is given by UDF. It is found that with the decreasing of radial force and water moment coefficient, the radial force direction changes with the opening of the guide vane to a certain extent, and the radial force direction angle of the guide vane varies in different positions. When the guide vane opens to a certain opening, the flow rate fluctuates. The fluctuation of flow rate periodically affects the local pressure in the flow channel, which makes the force characteristics of the guide blade periodically affected. Finally, unsteady simulation of the flow field in the process of the guide vane opening of the whole unit is carried out. UDF is used to control the flow boundary condition, and the simulated flow increases with the increase of the guide vane. On the basis of moving grid control guide vane opening, 6 DOF is used to control runner motion, thus the flow field in the process of guide vane opening in a short time is obtained under several openings. It is found that the force law of guide vane is basically the same as that of the first two steps, except that the pressure fluctuates greatly in the calculation.
