上犹江水电站发电引水口蝶阀更新方案设计

【摘要】:在化工、机械、水利、电力等众多行业中,蝶阀一直以来都得到广泛应用。大型蝶阀在水轮机引水口的应用非常普遍,其作用主要是:机组或进水管道需要检修时,关闭阀门以切断水流;机组长期停机时,关闭阀门以减少水流漏损;当机组导水结构失灵时,为保证机组安全,蝶阀可作为事故阀门在动水中关闭。可见在输水系统中,蝶阀的作用非常显著。由于长期使用、管理不当等原因,蝶阀或多或少会出现一些问题,一旦蝶阀出现故障,造成的损失将无法估量。上犹江水电站发电引水口蝶阀为机组的工作阀门,是发电机组重要安全挡水设施。蝶阀壳体直接埋入大坝混凝土内,每台机组1套,共装有4套。从建造运行至今,已近60年,蝶阀控制设备比较陈旧,出现生锈、老化和漏水等现象,亟待更新处理。本论文针对上犹江水电站发电引水口蝶阀的现实运行状况,通过对技术难度、坝体结构、工程投资以及施工影响等方面的综合分析,初步拟定蝶阀更新方案。在校核了大坝稳定、结构安全的前提下,着重分析了方案实施过程中水库泄洪能力、厂房机组安全状况以及溢流面施工的影响,并提出了相应的应对措施,分析结果表明蝶阀更新初拟方案是可行的,最终确定了此方案。最后根据施工技术相关规定,针对拟定的工程实施方案,结合上犹江水库运行情况以及现场施工条件,总结了方案的主要技术工作,提出了工程实施的主要内容,依据相关定额标准以及工程量,对工程投资作了估算,指导上犹江电厂更换发电引水口蝶阀。
[Abstract]:Butterfly valves have been widely used in many industries such as chemical industry, machinery, water conservancy, electricity and so on. The application of the large butterfly valve in the water diversion port of the water turbine is very common, and the effect is mainly that when the unit or the water inlet pipeline needs to be overhauled, the valve is closed to cut off the water flow; when the unit is stopped for a long time, the valve is closed so as to reduce the leakage of the water flow; when the water guide structure of the unit is out of function, the large butterfly valve is used for ensuring the safety of the unit, The butterfly valve can be closed in the moving water as an accident valve. It can be seen that the function of butterfly valve is very significant in water conveyance system. Due to the long-term use and improper management, the butterfly valve has more or less problems. Once the butterfly valve fails, the loss will be incalculable. The butterfly valve of the power generation diversion port of Shangjujiang Hydropower Station is the working valve of the unit, which is an important safe water blocking facility of the generator set. The butterfly valve shell is directly embedded in the dam concrete, and one set of each unit is equipped with 4 sets. Since the construction and operation, nearly 60 years, the butterfly valve control equipment is relatively old, and the phenomenon of rust, aging and water leakage has occurred, and the process is urgently needed to be updated. In view of the realistic health condition of the butterfly valve of the power generation diversion port of Shangjujiang Hydropower Station, this paper preliminarily develops a butterfly valve updating scheme through the comprehensive analysis of technical difficulty, dam structure, engineering investment and construction influence. On the premise of checking the stability and safety of the dam, the influence of the flood discharge capacity of the reservoir, the safety condition of the plant unit and the construction of the overflow surface are analyzed emphatically, and the corresponding response measures are put forward. The analysis results show that the proposed scheme of the butterfly valve is feasible. The scheme was finalized. At last, according to the relevant regulations of construction technology, aiming at the proposed project implementation plan, combining with the operation situation of Shangjujiang reservoir and on-site construction conditions, the main technical work of the scheme is summarized, the main contents of the project implementation are put forward, according to the relevant quota standards and the engineering quantity, The investment of the project is estimated and the butterfly valve of the power generation diversion port is replaced by the power plant of the People's Republic of Judah.
