基于LabWindows CVI的水轮机流量效率测试系统

【摘要】:水轮机效率是机组运行的重要参数,但效率无法直接测得。对水轮发电机组来说,只能通过流量和其他参数计算得出。因此,流量的精确测量对水轮机效率的计算结果准确性至关重要。本文基于流速仪法的测流原理和LabWindows CVI平台,根据相关试验规程和实际需要,设计开发了一套适用于水轮机多工况的流量效率测量仪。实际电厂测试验证了仪器的可行性和测量的精确性,测试结果表明,该仪器测得的水轮机流量与效率与实际值相符,并且大大减少了计算量,具有较好的应用和推广价值。
[Abstract]:Turbine efficiency is an important parameter of unit operation, but the efficiency can not be measured directly. For a hydrogenerator, it can only be calculated by flow and other parameters. Therefore, the accurate measurement of the flow rate is very important to the accuracy of the calculation results of the turbine efficiency. Based on the flow measurement principle of the current meter method and the LabWindows CVI platform, according to the relevant test rules and practical requirements, a set of flow efficiency measuring instrument suitable for multi-working condition of hydraulic turbine is designed and developed in this paper. The practical power plant test verifies the feasibility of the instrument and the accuracy of the measurement. The test results show that the flow rate and efficiency of the turbine measured by the instrument are in accordance with the actual value, and the calculation amount is greatly reduced, so it has a better application and popularization value.
