洪屏抽水蓄能电站下水库经济运行方式研究

【摘要】:随着我国电力市场改革的深入,水电站经济运行越来越受重视,其主要任务是在确保电网和电站安全、稳定的前提下,,制定合理的开停机计划、机组组合以及各机组承担的负荷,以最小成本获得最大效益。近年来,我国抽水蓄能事业蓬勃发展。抽水蓄能机组具有启停迅速、双向运转的特点,以及“削峰填谷”的特殊运行方式,在电力系统中发挥着重要作用,同时也为我国水电站经济运行提出了新的研究课题和内容。 本文针对洪屏抽水蓄能电站和小湾水电站共用下水库的特点,应用最优化原理对洪屏蓄能电站下水库与小湾水库的联合优化调度开展了研究,并归纳了联合经济运行的优化调度规则,为洪屏蓄能电站下水库和小湾水电站的运行调度提供决策依据。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of electric power market reform in our country, more and more attention is paid to the economic operation of hydropower stations. Its main task is to make reasonable start and stop plans under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of power grids and power stations. The maximum benefit is obtained by the unit combination and the load borne by each unit at the minimum cost. In recent years, the pumped storage industry in China is booming. The pumped-storage unit has the characteristics of quick start and stop, two-way operation and special operation mode of "cutting peak and filling valley", which plays an important role in the power system. At the same time, it also puts forward new research topics and contents for the economic operation of hydropower stations in China. In view of the characteristics of the common lower reservoir of Hongping pumped Storage Power Station and Xiaowan Hydropower Station, this paper studies the joint optimal operation of the Lower Reservoir and Xiaowan Reservoir of the Hongping Pumped-Storage Power Station by applying the principle of optimization. The optimal operation rules of joint economic operation are summarized to provide the decision basis for the operation and operation of the lower reservoir and Xiaowan hydropower station of Hongping storage power station.
