三峡库区高桩码头前方平台病害检测及健康评级体系

【摘要】:三峡库区蓄水后水文变化从以前的自然水文变成了库区水文条件,而且随着水文条件的改善,三峡大坝上游的通航能力也得到极大的提高。但伴随着的也是码头的使用频率增加、负荷增高使码头不断的破损。因此码头检测的重要性不断增加,而目前码头检测评估还稍落后于其他行业。本文主要以三峡库区成库后带来的各种改变对高桩码头带来的影响为依据。并根据高桩码头所处环境,以及结构特点。总结三峡库区码头病害,建立检测技术指标体系。并从桥梁检测中引入并适当修改了检测技术标准,使码头检测技术标准更详实。本文研究以结构可靠度为基础理论,运用AHP层次分析中的专家调查法,对码头检测、码头结构设计,码头安全方面的教授进行调查问卷研究获得权重系数,然后借鉴并改动部分桥梁中的评分公式,使码头评价能有一个较为量化的数字指标,而不是以前的一个完全是定性的检测结论。然后在定量的基础上运用了模糊评价中F法的半梯度法将定量的分数转为对码头健康的一个定性等级描述,研究三峡库区高桩码头的健康检测评价体系。最终形成一套操作性强、易理解的检测体系。因此这样的评价结果可以让人对码头健康同时有定性的和定量的结果,更加易于理解码头整体健康等级,以及更易于了解码头的整体健康状况。对三峡库区高桩码头检测评估的发展有着较大的帮助。
[Abstract]:The hydrological change of the three Gorges Reservoir has changed from the former natural hydrology to the reservoir hydrological condition, and with the improvement of the hydrological condition, the navigation capacity of the upstream of the three Gorges Dam has been greatly improved. But also accompanied by the increase in the frequency of wharf use, the increasing load of the wharf is constantly damaged. Therefore, the importance of wharf inspection is increasing, and the evaluation of wharf inspection is lagging behind other industries. This paper is mainly based on the influence of all kinds of changes brought by the three Gorges Reservoir area on the high pile wharf. And according to the environment of the high pile wharf, and the structural characteristics. This paper summarizes the wharf diseases in the three Gorges Reservoir area, and establishes a technical index system for detection. The technical standard of bridge detection is introduced and modified appropriately, which makes the technical standard of wharf detection more detailed. In this paper, based on the theory of structural reliability, using the expert investigation method in AHP hierarchy analysis, the weight coefficient is obtained by questionnaire research on wharf detection, wharf structure design and wharf safety. Then the scoring formula of some bridges is used for reference and modified so that the evaluation of wharf can have a more quantitative numerical index instead of the former one which is completely qualitative. On the basis of quantitative analysis, the semi-gradient method of F method in fuzzy evaluation is used to change the quantitative score into a qualitative description of wharf health, and the health detection and evaluation system of high pile wharf in the three Gorges reservoir area is studied. Finally, a set of operational, easy to understand detection system is formed. Therefore, the evaluation results can make people have both qualitative and quantitative results on the wharf health, make it easier to understand the overall health grade of the wharf and understand the overall health status of the wharf. It is of great help to the development of the inspection and evaluation of the high pile wharf in the three Gorges Reservoir area.
