河湖水系连通下郑州市人水关系变化及调控研究

【摘要】:水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基。人类生存与经济社会的发展离不开水,反过来水对人类的活动又存在反馈作用,人水之间的关系十分密切。随着人口的增长、经济社会的发展和全球气候变化影响,人与水的矛盾日益突出,,人水关系的研究逐步得到重视。在人与水的相互作用过程中,河湖水系扮演着重要的角色。河湖水系对人水关系的作用主要体现在河湖水系连通上,河湖水系连通直接地影响供水与灌溉条件、排污与纳污能力,间接地影响经济社会的发展格局和居民人口分布,并最终导致人水关系的变化。因此,开展河湖水系连通下人水关系变化研究是十分关键和必要的。 本文在总结国内外研究现状及存在问题的基础上,从深入理解新时期河湖水系连通与人水关系的概念和内涵出发,针对郑州市实际情况开展河湖水系连通下人水关系变化研究,主要内容包括以下几个方面: (1)河湖水系连通下郑州市人水关系变化分析。在深入理解新时期河湖水系连通概念和内涵的基础上,对河湖水系连通对人水关系的影响作用机理进行深入分析,并在此基础上对郑州市不同时期河湖水系连通下人水关系变化进行系统总结,最后对河湖水系连通演变和人水关系变化之间的联系进行探讨。 (2)河湖水系连通下郑州市人水关系变化评估。在对河湖水系连通对人水关系的影响机理和河湖水系连通演变与人水关系变化之间的联系进行分析总结的基础上,构建了河湖水系连通下人水关系变化量化指标体系,对河湖水系连通作用下郑州市各行政分区人水关系变化进行评价。 (3)河湖水系连通下郑州市人水关系调控。从改变河湖水系连通条件的角度,以不同的水系连通条件作为设计情景,制定人水关系调控方案,并计算不同调控方案下郑州市各行政分区的水系连通性,最后对不同方案下郑州市各行政分区人水关系进行计算和分析。
[Abstract]:Water is the source of life, the essential of production, and the basis of ecology. Human existence and economic and social development can not be separated from water. On the contrary, water has a feedback effect on human activities, and the relationship between human and water is very close. With the growth of population, the development of economy and society and the influence of global climate change, the contradiction between human and water is becoming more and more prominent, and the research on the relationship between human and water has been paid more and more attention. The river and lake systems play an important role in the process of human-water interaction. The function of river-lake water system to human-water relationship is mainly reflected in the connection of river-lake water system, which directly affects the conditions of water supply and irrigation, the capacity of sewage discharge and sewage collection, and indirectly affects the pattern of economic and social development and the distribution of resident population. And finally lead to the change of human-water relationship. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to carry out the study on the change of human-water relationship under the connection of river and lake systems. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation and existing problems at home and abroad, this paper starts from a deep understanding of the concept and connotation of river-lake water system connection and human-water relationship in the new period, and carries out a study on the change of man-water relationship under the river-lake water system connectivity in Zhengzhou City according to the actual situation of Zhengzhou City. The main contents include the following aspects: (1) the change of the relationship between people and water in Zhengzhou under the connection of river and lake water system. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the concept and connotation of river-lake water system connectivity in the new period, the mechanism of the influence of river-lake water system connectivity on human-water relationship is deeply analyzed. On this basis, the changes of man-water relationship in different periods of river-lake water system connection in Zhengzhou city were summarized systematically. Finally, the relationship between the evolution of river-lake water system connection and the change of man-water relationship was discussed. (2) Evaluation of the relationship between people and water in Zhengzhou under the connection of river and lake systems. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the influence mechanism of river-lake water system connection on man-water relationship and the relation between river-lake water system connection evolution and man-water relationship change, the quantitative index system of man-water relationship change under river-lake water system connection is constructed. The changes of human-water relationship among administrative districts in Zhengzhou city were evaluated under the action of river-lake water system connection. (3) the regulation of the relationship between people and water in Zhengzhou under the connection of river and lake systems. From the angle of changing the condition of river-lake water system connection, taking different water system connection conditions as the design scenario, the regulation and control scheme of human-water relationship is worked out, and the water system connectivity of each administrative district of Zhengzhou city under different control schemes is calculated. Finally, the relationship between people and water in different administrative divisions of Zhengzhou City is calculated and analyzed.
