混流式水轮机外特性与几何尺寸的关系研究

【摘要】:水轮机外特性主要受其几何尺寸影响,但目前尚没有探明水轮机外特性与其几何尺寸之间的关系式,在水轮机一维流动理论中无法采用水轮机几何尺寸信息对其外特性进行预测。本文在水轮机流量调节方程的基础上结合能量守恒定律建立了混流式水轮机的一维数学模型,得到了流量特性与力矩特性的显式表达式,可有效预测水轮机外特性曲线,并通过与实测数据的比对验证了该模型的正确性。文中提出的水轮机外特性曲线预测方法在水电站初步设计、过渡过程计算中混流式水轮机特性曲线延伸等领域具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:The external characteristics of hydraulic turbines are mainly affected by their geometric dimensions, but the relationship between the external characteristics of hydraulic turbines and their geometric dimensions has not been proved at present. In the one-dimensional flow theory of hydraulic turbine, it is impossible to predict the external characteristics of the turbine by using the geometry information of the turbine. In this paper, the one-dimensional mathematical model of Francis turbine is established based on the governing equation of turbine flow and the law of conservation of energy. The explicit expressions of flow and torque characteristics are obtained, which can be used to predict the external characteristic curve of hydraulic turbine effectively. The correctness of the model is verified by comparing with the measured data. The prediction method proposed in this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value in the fields of preliminary design of hydropower station and extension of characteristic curve of Francis turbine in the calculation of transition process.
