2016年7月长江区域性洪水重现期分析

【摘要】:受超强厄尔尼诺事件影响,2016年6~7月西太平洋副热带高压偏强偏西,导致长江梅雨期降雨异常偏多、暴雨频发,中下游地区发生了3场区域性大洪水。通过干支流控制性水文站和水利工程的观测资料,还原出天然来水量过程,统计了洪峰流量和不同时段洪量,结合现有历史洪水资料和工程设计成果,分析了2016年洪水特征和重现期。分析结果表明,宜昌以下干流河段均出现超警戒水位,洪水重现期在5~10 a之间;清江、资水、水阳江、鄂东北诸支流等发生特大洪水,水位、流量超过历史最高纪录,重现期为100~200 a一遇;修水、饶河等发生一般洪水,重现期在20 a一遇以下。
[Abstract]:Affected by the super El Nino event, the subtropical high in the western Pacific from June to July 2016 was stronger to the west, resulting in abnormal rainfall and frequent rainstorm in the Meiyu period of the Yangtze River, and three regional floods occurred in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Based on the observation data of main tributary controlled hydrologic station and water conservancy project, the process of natural incoming water is restored, and the flow rate of Hong Feng and flood volume in different periods are counted, combined with the existing historical flood data and engineering design results. The flood characteristics and recurrence period in 2016 are analyzed. The analysis results show that the overwarning water level appears in the reach of the main stream below Yichang, and the flood recurrence period is between 5 and 10 years. Severe floods occurred in Qingjiang River, Zishui River, Shuiyang River, Northeast Hubei tributaries, the water level and discharge exceeded the historical record, the recurrence period was 100 鈮,
