码头设计AUTOCAD数据向S-57标准数据转换的研究

【摘要】:随着国际海运量的迅速增长,一大批新建港口与码头正在不断涌现。在新建港口与码头之前,应结合当地的风流条件、水域环境等因素,通过船舶模拟试验或其他方式获取相应数据与信息,从而对该工程的合理性与可行性进行论证,对该工程是否安全可靠提供科学依据,并保障船舶在该区域航行、停靠时的安全。因此,依据港口设计AUTOCAD数据获取精确的符合S-57标准的海图数据,一方面对码头建设具有重要意义,另一方面也为获取船舶模拟实验海图提供一种较为便利的方法。 本论文主要完成以下研究内容: (1)AUTOCAD数据与S-57数据分析; 实际当中AUTOCAD常被用作码头方案设计软件进行绘制图形、获得数据等工作,而S-57标准数据则是电子海图国际标准数据。在分析两者差异、进行AUTOCAD数据向S-57标准数据转换之前,应对两者在数据编码、数据格式上进行深入分析。 (2)分析两者数据差异并提出初步转换方法; 在深入分析AUTOCAD数据与S-57标准数据的编码、结构之后,对于两种数据之间存在的差异进行分析,并针对两者数据特点,对转换时需进行的工作进行分析,分别对坐标转换和图形转换提出初步的转换方法。 (3)实际操作验证方法可行性; 在提出两者数据转换思路与初步方法之后,选取某地码头设计AUTOCAD数据,对于其中的岸线、航道线等船舶模拟试验所需的重要数据借助MapInfo以及FME(S57plug-in for FME)等工具进行相应的转换,从而为今后AUTOCAD数据全面转换为S-57标准数据提供一种方法和思路。
