基于ZIGBEE的演艺控制网络融合技术研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的发展与人们生活水平的提高,对舞台的智能化控制要求也日渐提升。现在的舞台设备众多,控制方式复杂,多用有线控制,并靠人工进行设备故障排查,与智能相去甚远。如何将众多舞台设备控制协议融合在一起,实现舞台设备智能化控制,成为舞台技术发展的研究重点。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种基于ZigBee的演艺控制网络融合技术,将传统的舞台灯光、机械网络控制技术与新兴的低功耗ZigBee无线网络技术相融合,将控制指令和数据指令相分离,分别控制设备的开关和具体操作状态,并通过传感器、故障检测技术实现对舞台设备的实时监控,能够实现舞台设备的智能调度。文中首先深入研究ZigBee技术的原理,通过OPNET仿真选择最适合舞台控制的ZigBee组网拓扑方式,并对现有的ZigBee路由算法进行分析对比,提出一种基于改进地址分配方式和改进路径选择方式的ZigBee路由算法,仿真证实改进算法的ZigBee网络性能提升。其次,提出了智能舞台控制系统的整体框架,并从软硬件的角度分别对ZigBee模块、DMX512传输模块、RS-485传输模块、光照度传感器、RGB LED灯控制模块和故障检测模块进行设计实现。最终设计的系统经过测试,能够完成ZigBee的大规模组网和多协议转换功能,并能实时监控舞台设备状态。系统可以通过上位机一键式完成对各设备的控制操作,能够根据上位机观察舞台设备运行情况,且工作稳定、可靠性高,为下一步的研究探索奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of intelligentized control of stage has been raised day by day. The stage equipment is numerous, the control mode is complex, the multi-use wire control, and rely on manual equipment troubleshooting, and intelligence is far from. How to integrate many stage equipment control protocols to realize stage equipment intelligent control has become the research focus of stage technology development. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a ZigBee based network fusion technology for performing arts, which combines the traditional stage lighting, mechanical network control technology and the emerging low power ZigBee wireless network technology. The control instruction is separated from the data instruction, the switch and the specific operation state of the equipment are controlled, and the real-time monitoring of the stage equipment is realized through the sensor and the fault detection technology, and the intelligent scheduling of the stage equipment can be realized. In this paper, the principle of ZigBee technology is deeply studied, and the topology of ZigBee network is selected by OPNET simulation, and the existing ZigBee routing algorithm is analyzed and compared. A ZigBee routing algorithm based on improved address allocation and improved path selection is proposed. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm improves the performance of ZigBee network. Secondly, the whole frame of the intelligent stage control system is put forward, and the RS-485 transmission module of ZigBee module and DMX512 transmission module, the RGB LED lamp control module and the fault detection module of ZigBee module are designed and implemented respectively from the point of view of software and hardware. After testing, the system can complete the large-scale networking and multi-protocol conversion function of ZigBee, and can monitor the state of stage equipment in real time. The system can complete the control operation of each equipment by one key of the upper computer, and can observe the running condition of the stage equipment according to the upper computer, and the work is stable and the reliability is high, which lays a foundation for the further research and exploration.
