深圳市观澜河流域地处南亚热带,受自然因素和人为因素的影响,流域存在着严重的水土流失,改革开放以来,流域的大片土地被开发成了工业开发区。工业开发区在建设阶段,机械夷平土地所形成的各种松散的堆积坡,引起了新的水土流失类型。本文研究和探讨了该流域的水土流失规律及水土流失对流域水环境的影响。
The hydro-environment in Sanggou Bay now and before large-scale and high density culture are discussed in this paper. Because of the large-area and high-density culture,the hydro-environment in Sanggou Bay changed remarkably compared with that ten years before. The tidal current speed decreased 50%,the seawater exchange rate decreased 1.7% and the seawater half-exchange period was prolonged to 11 tidal periods. Study of aquaculture carrying capacity is necessary and urgent.
对桑沟湾大规模开展增养殖前后的水文环境作了研究。由于大面积高密度养殖,桑沟湾的水动力状况和10年前相比发生了明显变化,潮流速度减缓了50%,水交换率降低了1.7%,海湾海水半交换周期延长了11个潮周期。营养物质输送和海水自净能力受到严重影响。部分养殖品种产量下降,表明养殖容纳量已达饱和状态。和其他海湾相比,桑沟湾的水交换条件还是比较好的,只要科学合理地设置养殖品种和养殖密度,仍不失为一个重要的增养殖基地。

Based on a comprehensive evalution to quantity and quality of water resources and their essential characteristics of natural spacial and temporal distribution in the area of continental rivers of northwestern of China, in this paper, it is pointed out that major defects of the water resources in the area are relatively less water quantity,extreme ununiform spacial and temporal distribution,considerable difficulty in development, and gragile hydro ecological and hydro environmental condition. Some strategies on sustainable development and perpetual utilization of the water resources in the area are proposed. The proposed strategies are to make further study on water cycle and transformation,to make rational water resource development and utilization grogram, to realize multi dimensional regulation and control to water resources, to set up a water economized society, to readjust and optimize industrial structure and economic distribution, and to strengthen protection of water resources and hydro environment respectively.
在综合评价西北内陆河区水资源的数量与质量及其时空变化规律和特点的基础上,指出该地区水资源天然分布的主要缺陷是水量相对较少,时空分布极不均匀,开发难度大,水生态环境十分脆弱。提出应采取深入研究水的循环转化规律,制定科学合理的水资源开发利用方案,实行水资源的多维调控,建立节水型社会,调整和优化产业结构及社会经济布局,,以及强化水资源与水环境的保护等对策与措施,以实现区域内水资源的可持续开发与永续利用。
