早产儿智能水床控制系统研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, in the field of medical nursing of premature infants, most of the control systems have low degree of automation, the nurses are not skilled in technology, the self-adjustment of nursing equipment and the lack of real time, and so on, these problems exist. Serious risks directly endanger the lives of preterm infants. With the development of advanced control theory and embedded processor technology, the application of advanced control theory in intelligent nursing system of premature infants is realized by using the advantages of low power consumption, small size and strong specificity of embedded processor. It has a good development prospect to improve its automation level. Based on the deep analysis of the intelligent water bed system of premature infants, a new type of intelligent controller is designed by combining the Smith predictor and fuzzy control with the conventional PID algorithm, taking the water bed temperature as the controlled object. In this paper, the Smith predictor can compensate the temperature delay problem of the control system, and the fuzzy adaptive PID control can realize the self-tuning of the parameters. The new controller is applied to the intelligent water bed control system of premature infants, and the whole control system is simulated on the MATLAB software. The feasibility of the new controller and the superiority of the control effect are verified. Through the establishment of three-dimensional model of intelligent water bed of premature infant, the mesh division is carried out on the grid dividing software ICEM, and the numerical simulation is carried out in FLUENT software of computational fluid dynamics, and the velocity of flow in two vibration modes that meet the requirements set by us is obtained. Then choose two working modes of the motor. The life state of premature infant is captured by camera and detected in remote client, which ensures the life safety of premature infant. The hardware system and software system of intelligent water bed controller for premature infants are developed on embedded Linux platform. The hardware system is based on 32-bit low-power ARM9 microprocessor S3C2440A. According to the specific requirements of premature intelligent water bed, the related hardware circuit is designed. Based on the hardware control system, the software is developed to detect, process and control the temperature of the water bed and the timing vibration of the premature infant, and to realize the real-time observation of the life state of the premature infant. The intelligent water bed control software of premature infant has three contents: temperature control program, timing vibration program and monitoring program. The software development mainly completes the driver program and the application program design. The application program is developed by using QT/Embedded software. The temperature control system, the timing vibration system and the remote video monitor interface are developed. The system debugging shows that the water bed control system of premature infants based on ARM platform has completed the intelligent control of the water bed and achieved the expected design goal.
