【摘要】:典型草原区不仅是重要的畜牧业基地,同时也是北方地区的生态屏障,研究典型草原区水资源承载能力对促进牧区经济社会可持续发展和维持草原生态平衡具有重要的现实意义。针对典型草原区干旱少雨、生态脆弱的特殊性,结合牧区农牧业及工业发展的需求,本文对典型草原区水资源承载能力评价方法进行研究。 在总结国内外现有承载能力研究成果的基础上,科学给出了典型草原区水资源承载能力的定义、内涵及特点,并判识了典型草原区水资源承载能力受承载主体、承载客体和主客体耦合的共同影响。 文中分析了现有水资源承载能力评价方法的利弊,结合典型草原区水资源承载能力评价的要求,提出了三种评价方法——基于模糊分析的评价指标体系法、基于供需平衡的承载能力计算模型法和地理信息系统法,为定性与定量,,静态与动态评价典型草原区水资源承载能力提供了依据。 针对提出的三种评价方法,对现状年(2009年)达茂旗的水资源承载能力进行评价进行了验证对比分析,三种方法评价结果均表明,达茂旗全旗水资源承载能力处于较弱甚至弱的水平。 为了实现草原生态保护与经济社会发展“双赢”的目标,预设5种不同的典型草原区发展模式,并对5种情景下不同规划水平年的水资源承载能力进行了评价,评价结果表明,实行最严格水资源管理制度的B-2情景对水资源承载能力的改善效果最明显。
[Abstract]:The typical grassland area is not only an important animal husbandry base, but also an ecological barrier in the northern region. It is very important to study the carrying capacity of water resources in typical grassland area to promote the sustainable development of economy and society in pastoral area and to maintain the ecological balance of grassland. Aiming at the particularity of drought and less rain and fragile ecology in typical grassland area. According to the demand of agriculture, animal husbandry and industry development in pastoral area, the evaluation method of water resources carrying capacity in typical grassland is studied in this paper. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results of carrying capacity at home and abroad, this paper scientifically gives the definition, connotation and characteristics of water resources carrying capacity in typical steppe areas. It is also recognized that the bearing capacity of water resources in typical steppe areas is affected by the coupling of main body, bearing object and subject object. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing water resources carrying capacity evaluation methods, and puts forward three evaluation methods-the evaluation index system method based on fuzzy analysis combined with the requirements of water resources carrying capacity evaluation in typical grassland areas. Based on the balance of supply and demand, the calculation model of water carrying capacity and the method of geographic information system provide the basis for the qualitative, quantitative, static and dynamic evaluation of the carrying capacity of water resources in typical steppe areas. In view of the three evaluation methods proposed, the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Damao Banner in present year (2009) was verified and analyzed, and the results of the three methods showed that. The water resources carrying capacity of the whole flag of Damao Banner is weak or even weak. In order to realize the goal of "win-win" between ecological protection of grassland and economic and social development, five different development modes of typical grassland region are preset. The water resources carrying capacity of different planning levels was evaluated under five scenarios. The results showed that the B-2 scenario with the strictest water resources management system had the most obvious effect on the improvement of water resources carrying capacity.
