【摘要】:水足迹可从人类产品消费量和消费模式角度衡量区域水资源利用效率。近年来河南省水资源匮乏状况日渐加剧,为使决策者对河南省水资源利用状况有一个清晰的认识,基于水足迹理论,运用M-K突变检验和系统聚类法对河南省水足迹结构、效益和生态安全三方面在时间及空间维度进行综合评价。结果表明:河南省水足迹呈增加趋势,在2006年发生突变,2009年达到1 382亿m3,内部水足迹起决定作用;水足迹增长超出了省内水资源负荷,2003年以后水资源超采现象更加突出;河南省水资源消耗量增大的同时水资源利用效率也有所提高。全省各地市水资源利用的空间差异明显,驻马店和周口水资源利用效率很低,水资源消耗总量最大;郑州、三门峡和洛阳的水资源利用效率较高;驻马店、商丘的水资源依赖度最小;漯河、许昌水资源匮乏指数最大的同时水资源依赖度却较低,水资源超采严重。为了改变水资源利用效率低、超采严重的现状,河南省各地需要加强水资源的合理配置和高效利用。
[Abstract]:The water footprint can be used to measure the efficiency of regional water resources utilization from the perspective of human consumption and consumption patterns. In recent years, the scarcity of water resources in Henan Province has become increasingly serious. In order to make the decision-makers have a clear understanding of the situation of water resources utilization in Henan Province, based on the water footprint theory, M-K mutation test and systematic clustering method are used to analyze the structure of water footprint in Henan Province. The results showed that the water footprint of Henan Province showed an increasing trend and mutation occurred in 2006 and reached 138.2 billion m3 on 2009. Internal water footprint plays a decisive role; The increase of water footprint exceeds the water resources load in the province, and the phenomenon of water resources overexploitation becomes more prominent after 2003. The water resources use efficiency of Henan Province increases with the increase of water resources consumption. The spatial difference of water resources utilization in different cities of Henan Province is obvious, and the water resources utilization efficiency of Zhumadian and Zhoukou is very low. The total consumption of water resources is the largest; The utilization efficiency of water resources in Zhengzhou, Sanmenxia and Luoyang is high. Zhumadian Shangqiu has the least dependence on water resources; Luohe, Xuchang water resource scarcity index is the biggest, but the water resources dependence degree is low, the water resources overexploitation is serious, in order to change the water resources utilization efficiency, the over-exploitation serious present situation. It is necessary to strengthen the rational allocation and efficient utilization of water resources in all parts of Henan Province.
