【摘要】：在我国传统产业结构升级快速推进的背景下,作为服务业重要组成部分的旅游业成为各地经济发展的重点,随之而来的各地自然景观资源开发利用中存在的问题也越来越严重。这主要体现为过度开发与超负荷运转所带来的生态环境破坏和不可持续发展。选择有效合理的景区开发模式,是自然景观资源开发过程中面临的关键问题。在对消费者景区决策分析和开发商利润分析的基础上,通过采用合理的开发决策、品牌培育以及品牌授权,能够解决自然景观资源开发中资源有限性与盈利增长性之间的矛盾,实现旅游产业开发的良性可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid upgrading of traditional industrial structure, tourism, as an important part of the service industry, has become the focus of economic development. The following problems in the exploitation and utilization of natural landscape resources are becoming more and more serious. This is mainly reflected in the ecological environment damage and unsustainable development brought about by over-exploitation and overload operation, and the choice is effective and reasonable. On the basis of the analysis of the decision of the consumer scenic spot and the profit analysis of the developer, the rational development decision, brand cultivation and brand authorization are adopted. It can solve the contradiction between limited resources and profit growth in the exploitation of natural landscape resources, and realize the sustainable development of tourism industry.
