中国西部森林昆虫病原真菌多样性与致病力研究

  本研究探讨了我国西部森林中昆虫病原真菌(EFs)的分布与致病力。本研究由两部分组成:第一部分是确定秦岭佛坪自然保护区(FNNR)内昆虫病原真菌;第二部分是四川森林巴山与川西森林中的昆虫病原真菌。从佛坪自然保护区分离到绿僵菌,白僵菌等昆虫病原真菌,使用核基因的DNA序列数据和形态学特征鉴定种类并分析系统发育关系。使用MzIGS3基因片段分析佛坪自然保护区EFs的进化关系,通过PARB进化树对绿僵菌Metarhizium进行分析可以明确鉴定到四个不同的种及其进化关系;但是5’-TEF基因片段仅能够对绿僵菌种类进行有限而模糊的区分。白僵菌则是通过对翻译延伸因子EF-1α和Bloc区域的序列分析来进行鉴定和分析。绿僵菌物种的丰富度随着海拔的升高而降低,其中绿僵菌(Metarhizium robertsii s.l.)是沿海拔梯度最丰富的物种。来自四川省的EFs的形态学和分子特征证实了昆虫真菌病原体的四个主要属,即绿僵菌Metarhizium(173株),白僵菌Beauveria(15株),棒束孢属Isaria(10株),淡紫紫霉属Purpureocillium(1株)和一...
