异源六倍体小麦对长期盐胁迫的适应机制研究

  盐胁迫与其它类型胁迫最明显的区别是,盐胁迫的影响会贯穿作物的整个生命周期,而其它胁迫类型仅仅影响作物的某一特定时期。作物耐盐性研究的最终目的是提高其耐盐性,最终提高诸多盐碱化土地的利用率。目前,对农作物耐盐性的研究都是在温室中进行的短期胁迫,并仅局限于作物的某一个生育期。因此,研究作物对长期盐胁迫(LSS)的响应机制更具实践价值。而据我们所知,国内外多数学者都更倾向于探究植物对短期盐胁迫处理的响应机制,而植物对长期盐胁迫(LSS)的响应和适应机制知之甚少。本研究选择异源六倍体小麦模式品种“中国春”作为实验材料。将该小麦种子播种于沙子中,然后立即施加NaCl胁迫30天。萌发阶段和幼苗期对植物定居和生存在盐碱地至关重要。在本研究中,小麦从萌发阶段到幼苗期被连续暴露在盐胁迫条件下,充分模拟了天然盐胁迫条件。为了揭示异源六倍体小麦在长期胁迫处理下的基因表达和生理响应机制,我们比较了处理组和对照组的叶片解剖结构、叶绿体超微结构、植物激素、转录组、相容性溶质和无机离子的差异。我们也探讨了耐盐基因在A,B,D亚基因组间的表达分化。主要实验结果包含以下五点:1.叶绿体超微结构。处理组叶绿体中的类囊体密...
