盐碱胁迫对不同品种藜麦渗透调节能力影响的比较研究

  土壤盐碱化是一个迅速增长的日益严重的问题。土壤盐分和碱度是影响全球农作物产量的两个主要原因。在这项研究中,选择了两个藜麦品种进行实验。对两个藜麦品种进行盐和碱胁迫,以分析其相对水含量,无机离子含量,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量。对于每个品种,实验中使用的盐和碱胁迫浓度分别为(NaCl:0、100、200 mM)和(NaHCO3:0、50、100 mM)。在两种胁迫下,两种藜麦的离子含量都有很大变化。在盐碱胁迫条件下,两个品种的不同部位Na+含量均不同程度增加。在NaCl胁迫下,两个藜麦品种不同部位Cl-含量均随着胁迫强度的增加而增加;而在NaHCO3胁迫下,两个藜麦品种叶片中Cl-含量变化趋势与NaCl胁迫相似,而茎部、根系Cl-含量均随着胁迫强度的增加而降低。在相同条件下,藜麦叶片中Na+,Cl-含量顺序依次是上部叶片<中部叶片<下部叶片。在NaHCO3胁迫条件下,Painbon叶片中...
