饲料添加酵母培养物对凡纳滨对虾和珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长、免疫和抗病力的影响

目前,石斑鱼和凡纳滨对虾养殖面临的一项主要挑战是细菌性疾病。使用抗生素预防和控制病原微生物一直与抗药性病原体的发展和生物积累等问题有关。目前,在水产动物饲料中添加功能性饲料添加剂,有利于促进生长、免疫应答和抵抗细菌感染。因此,本研究以两种不同酵母培养蛋白(50%和55%粗蛋白)为研究对象,探讨它们对凡纳滨对虾和珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长和免疫力的促进作用。1.本试验研究了添加不同浓度的酵母培养物对凡纳滨对虾生长、饲料转化率、体成分、肠道形态、微生物群落、免疫应答和抗哈维氏弧菌感染的影响,包括C0(20%)、A1(1%)、A2(2%)、B1(1%)和B2(2%)。经过56天饲喂试验,酵母培养组与对照组比较,结果表明:酵母培养组在以下指标、最终体重、增重率、比生长率、成活率、饲料转化率等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05)。B2日粮组中虾血清总蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、溶菌酶和酚氧化酶含量(2%)显著高于B2日粮组(P<0.05)。与之相反,实验观察到在B2(2%)喂食组中,血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、天冬氨酸转氨酶和丙氨酸转氨酶的变化趋势显著降低(P<0....
