短期饥饿和再喂养对尼罗河罗非鱼的影响(奥利奥米米西尼罗蒂,林奈斯1758年):生长、免疫、新陈代谢和肠道微生物群

  水体中的环境变化可导致饥饿。随着季节的变更,鱼类在它们的自然栖息地或在养殖中都会有食物短缺的时候。大多数鱼类都能抵御饥饿,并通过调整新陈代谢和自身行为来维持身体的能量,以求生存和生长。但饥饿对尼罗罗非鱼肠道微生物区系、消化酶活性和其他免疫反应的影响尚不完全清楚。本研究评价了饥饿和复饲对尼罗罗非鱼生长、代谢、免疫和肠道微生物区系的影响,探讨了饥饿和复饲对尼罗罗非鱼生长、代谢、免疫和肠道微生物区系的影响。将健康尼罗罗非鱼鱼苗随机分为投喂组(对照)和饥饿组,第一阶段,在相同的条件下(投喂除外)饲养21天。这些鱼在分组前已暂养两周。饥饿处理后(即21天后),饥饿组用商品饲料重新喂饱(复饲组)。分别对投喂组、饥饿组和再投喂组的体重增长百分比(WG%)、体重减少率(WL%)、条件因子(CF)、肝体指数(HSI)和体重(Q)等生物计量指标进行评估。第一阶段,投喂组和饥饿组之间的采样时间分别为0、3、7、10、14和21天。第二阶段由投喂组和复饲组组成,取样时间分别为21、28、35和42天。饥饿时鱼的体重显著下降,复饲后显著恢复(P<0.05)。血液学指标白细胞(WBCs)、血红蛋白(HGB)...
